Very clean and beautiful scenery

Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed the our two night stay here. The property was clean, serene, and the quiet, secluded atmosphere really helped my wife and I getaway. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfy, and the firepit was very well stocked with quality firewood. If we had one suggestion, it would be to add a puzzle and/or a few more small activities for those cold/rainy days. A small dvd player might be an idea as well to aid those who arent the best with streaming services.We had a wonderful time and plan on returning in the future!

We had a great time at this cozy little cabin. Beautiful property with everything you need to escape for some quiet time, and was also an easy drive to Chattanooga.

I do a scavenger hunt every year for our anniversary and I gotta say we had one of the best weekends we have ever had by ending it here. Everything is carefully and thoroughly thought out. It’s a very therapeutic locale. I asked the David and Tonya to help me out in a pinch last second and they didn’t hesitate. I can’t say enough good things. Our favorite moment was nestled up by the fire making s’mores and reading our devotional.

This is now our favorite place for a weekend getaway. Super clean, everything set up for easy access, instructions as well, even though I still burnt one half of the pizza lol, very private and still super close to Chattanooga. This cabin will be a destination again in the future. Also loved all the creatures and Harry Potter accents found all over the cabin and property. Such a wonderful, whimsical, storybook stay! The cottage was so cozy and clean. It was well stocked with all we needed for a couple day stay (including a toothbrush since I forgot mine at our last Vrbo), and we made use of most of the amenities - such making a pizza in the pizza oven, having a bonfire, and taking inventory of all the creatures! It is so close to attractions, we were able to fill our days with adventure and still didn’t see everything. The hosts are wonderful and the property is immaculately maintained. Can’t have wished for a better experience for my 38th birthday trip!

Great place, beautiful area. Very clean and extremely unique. We loved it. Rated 3 for neighborhood only because of the barking dogs late in the evening and the neighbor working on a loud car. But, would we go back... absolutely!

We enjoyed our visit very much. The cabin was the perfect size for 2. I was so happy to see all the touches relating to our favorite wizards. Check-in and check-out was so simple. I recommend staying at this great Cabin.

The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Good location for activities in the Chattanooga area And the hosts are very responsive and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay there again.

You usually prepare yourself for the photos to be nicer than reality, but this place is absolutely gorgeous. The cabin is so thoughtfully decorated, cosy and perfectly appointed. The outdoor space puts you into relaxation mode as soon as you arrive. Great balance of the safety of being close to a home, but with a feeling of privacy also. I would have stayed longer if I could!

Wonderful place look forward to going back. Great stop for a multi-state trip.

Our last minute trip was made a little more special by staying in this tiny house for a night! It was so immersive! Clean, details thought out, lovely setting. So glad we found this little gem!

The Caretakers Cabin is so cute! It’s a perfect getaway for 1-2 people. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. I booked this location for a writers retreat. I was able to get a great deal of writing done as well as some much needed relaxation.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the “Magical Creature Caretaker Cabin” for a long weekend in early Spring 2025 and had a wonderful time! The property was immaculate and looked just like the images online. We enjoyed relaxing on the hammock and sipping coffee by the fire pit in the morning (and wine late into the evening ). The hosts provided a nice selection of snacks and toiletries, which we used. The location of the cabin was very convenient as we were only a 20-30 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga and the attractions we visited (Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain).The Harry Potter theme, both inside and out was so cute with lots of hidden Easter eggs and decorations (dragon eggs, owls, magic potions, and of course the monster book of monsters!) but it didn’t detract from the function and livability of the cabin. The indoor shower had excellent water pressure and was able to get pretty hot, which my girlfriend appreciated.The hosts, David and Tonya, were very helpful, providing clear instructions on how to access the cabin as well as other helpful tips. We ran out of fire starter after our first night, and they promptly re-supplied us with a new one the very next day. My girlfriend and I had such a great time! We’ve already told all our friends and family and highly recommend to anyone!

We loved staying here so much! While small it felt cozy rather than cramped while still having all the necessities. Stronger internet would have been great but it worked well enough. The water stayed hot wayyyyy longer than we were expecting which was great, and we loved the outdoor shower!

Directions to the property were great. The decorations were so good and the extra touches made it a great getaway. There was a slight hiccup with the code but was very quickly resolved we would defintely stay again.

The property is a little off the beaten track but the property was really lovely and quiet. The tiny home was clean and really had all kinds of little extras like some snacks, coffee, tea bags etc. The Harry Potter feel was too cute. It was too cold to use the outdoor amenities but they were clean and organized.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was just like it was pictured and the property was beautiful. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

We loved the place. It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of character. The owners were super responsive and provided a ton of very thoughtful touches that go above and beyond any other stay that we have been to. It is a bit remote while being central to Chattanooga and Trenton. It is very tranquil and slightly whimsical with a flair that Harry Potter fans will appreciate.

My daughter and her husband stayed here after their destination wedding. They loved it! We would recommend and we would love to come back again.

This was my first B&B type stay. Always went to hotels. We knew we wanted to travel to the Tennessee area and this popped up in the listings. How could you not want to stay there? Loved the look of it. We made pizza on the pizza stone and sat by a fire. We were sad when we left. Only con I can think of was the shower head faces towards you. You’re always playing a game of how you can avoid turning on the shower without blasting yourself with cold water, but it turned into a funny game every time you went to take a shower. I understand though, because it’s limited space. We wanted to personally thank the hosts, but didn’t want to bother them. I know they’ll see this, so thank you for a making such a neat little place. I want to make one in my back yard now, haha.

Me and my partner of 7 years wanted to celebrate in Chattanooga and found the perfect place to stay in this cabin. Had a great first impression just driving up to it as it’s surrounded by small ponds and gardens. It was neat and clean, and had a few snacks that I definitely partook in. It was quite peaceful and quiet there, and was a great opportunity to just unwind and relax wholly. 10/10 would absolutely stay again!

The property was clean and very nice! It's tucked away on their property with plenty of privacy! The deck was extremely tranquil to sit on, cook burgers on, and even to use the pizza oven, which we did all of! (All delicious, by the way!) We didn't have time to use the fire pit, but everything was there for us and the owners were available if help is required with anything! The property is a fun drive to get to, if you enjoy driving on some windy mountain roads! They had an adorable cow on the property, too, as well as a small pond with fish, frogs, and I think we spotted a turtle! Overall, we DEFINITELY will come back next time we want to visit the area! Great place to celebrate our 10th year dating (and our engagement!)

The cottage was as promised, full of quirky things! As a couple in our 70's we were a little challenged in the compact space. Unfortunately, because of the rain, we were unable to fully enjoy the lovely outdoor amenities. The location is great for access to Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. Our travel to the area was great fun.

Was a perfect weekend get away. The host are super nice and the property was beautiful.
