In the back of the home is another generous size sunroom with TV and games. Here you can access the private back yard with deck, hot and cold water outdoor shower, and gas grill. There is a washer and dryer for your use on the main level. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, putt putt, historical downtown Saint Simons and one of the best beaches on the island. As you drive up, you will see the front porch with rockers, great for that early morning coffee or quiet evenings listening to waves. There is a gated entrance on the side of the porch that leads to the back yard area where you will find a corn hole game, back deck, sitting area, outside shower, fire pit, swing built for two, a tree house complete with rope and ladder and a cook out area with a gas/ charcoal grill. This area is sure to be a favorite for entertaining family and friends. Inside the front door you will find one of two living areas. This is great for those nights you want the children to have their own space. Their are two sofas, one which folds out into a sleeper sofa. There is also a large flatscreen tv mounted on the fire place. As you walk around the fireplace you will enter the dining area. There is a table with two chairs and two benches, seating for 6. In the hallway there are three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen area has a small eating bar for two, a second family room another sleeper sofa and another large flatscreen tv.
