Coastal Haven is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large fenced backyard complete with gas grill and patio table and chairs. Nice screen porch off of the dining room seats 6 complete with TV. Great to drink coffee in the morning on the quiet, screen porch. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds. Stayed Jun 15, 2026Your home was such a peaceful place for us!! It was fully stocked in the kitchen, which was such a blessing!! Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We enjoyed to porch everyday!! We watched a fun movie in the den and on the lovely porch. It was a lovely place for us!! The beds were very comfortable!!

Stayed May 23, 2026We had a wonderful stay. This home is very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary things. The screened in back porch with TV and fences in backyard are great for winding down from a busy beach day as well as enjoy morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach with pets and/or children. The neighborhood is private and the neighbors are nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 16, 2026Great communication with the owner. Very clean. Quiet, great proximity to park which was great as we had our dog with us.Owner even had sweet little extras like Beekman Soaps and disposable woman's razor. We go to Saint Simones every year. Hope to stay again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026Our month-long stay at the house was wonderful! The host was easy to communicate with and even left us a special treat upon arrival. There is a park across the street that was great for walks with our dog. The yard is private and fenced also making it wonderful for our pet. It is an easy walk to restaurants and the beach This home contributed to a relaxing and memorable vacation. We are looking forward to staying again!

Stayed Aug 11, 2025This was our second time staying at Dawn’s house, and our third time on this street. Dawn is an excellent host: she’s communicative, proactive, and responsive. The house is perfect for our small family. The location is excellent, the beaches are less than 5 minutes away, and the street is quiet and calm. The park across the street was a great place to send the kids so they could get their wiggles out before we left for the day!
