High Tide - BREATHTAKING Marsh and Ocean Views! Private Pool, Fire Pit

The property is breathtaking! It is beautiful inside and out. The inside is so well decorated that it almost looks curated. The colors are relaxing and all of the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well organized and is laid out in a way that makes sense to people who cook. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels and hot water. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. We would all definately stay again!

The rental was on a quiet cul de sac with stunning views of the marsh from almost every room. You could also see and hear the surf at Gould's Inlet. Location was halfway between the island's two groceries stores, about a five minute drive to the beach and ten minutes to the Village. The property was beautiful and well-provisioned. We loved every minute of our stay.

High Tide is located in a perfect spot on St. Simons Island that is the perfect distance for bike ride around the island. Plenty of room to spread out and take in the view of the ocean or enjoy the sunshine by the pool. At night you can take in a brilliant star filled sky by the glow of a campfire. The house is equipped with most of what you will need-from comfortable beds, a large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. And with an elevator-no need to haul your heavy suitcases upstairs.

This was our Christmas in January Family get together and this property was AWESOME! - Spacious Kitchen- Very clean- Great appliances- Elevator- Heated Pool (Awesome in January)- Firepit- The property management team was very easy to reach and responsive- Beautiful property- Would we go again? Most Definitely!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was clean, well-stocked with essentials, and has the most spectacular view. We hope to return in the future.

Check in process very easy. The kitchen was very spacious and so much room to prepare , serve and sit together. Well appointed kitchen and so open to the living area. Beautiful view to enjoy!!

We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The outdoor pool was great and morning views of the marsh from the screened in porch were incredible.

I really can't say enough about this property...while there were only 4 of us on this trip, there is plenty of room to have another 6-8 people in the house easily. The property was super clean, had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The pool was amazing (I would suggest getting it heated depending on when you go because the water was a little chilly in April even with warm weather). The fire pit at night was amazing and relaxing as well. If I had to lodge one complaint (and this is a minor one)...the dishwasher doesn't do the greatest job and I think it is because the water in the kitchen sink doesn't seem to get as hot as the other bathrooms in the house. Was odd but not enough to stop us from cooking. We just hand washed most things and rewashed whatever the dishwasher didn't get. Don't let that one small thing stop you from going to this property...it was an absolutely amazing property and we look forward to going back annually if we can.

The house is beautiful, spacious, the yard and pool are gorgeous. I love the location on the marsh. I enjoyed sitting on the top deck and watching the sunrise over the beach. We will definitely be booking again. The location is quiet, and peaceful, and just ten minutes from our favorite beaches.

The house was wonderful and had plenty of room. The rental company was incredibly responsive. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful private property with all of the amenities and space to stay for an extended weekend and have no need to leave. Within a mile of restaurants, shopping and easy food delivery and Uber pickups. Perfect for large families and private groups
