Amazing Pool on East Beach, SPA, Short Walk to Beach, 3 Kings plus, Dog Friendly

Bob was a gracious host. The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed the pool and volleyball net. The East Beach area is beautiful and we enjoyed our morning walks. We will definitely be staying there again!

Amazing property with the best pool/hot tub ever. The host met us on arrival with drinks, snacks and fresh fruit - just whatever needed after our drive to beautiful St.Simons Island. The kitchen, baths and pool had every amenity you could possibly need. Great property - just a little farther walk to the beach than listed. Our boys loved the basketball and volleyball games in the pool - along with the outdoor TV area!

The house wa perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool. There were so many thoughtful additions and inclusions for families to use on vacation, even for our littlest. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was great! We loved the pool, hot tub, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the beach.

Highly recommend. Property was clean and host was welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen , lots of games, books. There are even bicycles to ride around the island! We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again.

My husband and I had an amazing stay with our two dogs. The check in was straight forward. The house is stunning! The kitchen had plenty of appliances and pantry space. There were several helpful items already available like spices, oil, sugar, etc. Bob was kind enough to have some snacks and beverages on arrival since we had a long drive there. Bob was very helpful and communicative throughout the stay. The backyard is incredible. It is fully fenced in so our dogs had a lot of space to roam safely. The pool and hot tub were amazing and put to good use! We did not have any issues with their functionality. There were plenty of outdoor activities available that would be great when it’s warmer out. The area is very nice and it was a short walk to the beach. It’s also a convenient location regardless since it takes about 5-10 min to drive to most places in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

This was hands down the best place we have stayed. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The house was exactly as it is shown, if not better. I can't tell you how many places we have booked, and when we arrived, they did not look anywhere near as nice. The house, the pool, the hot tub, and the grounds were wonderful. Bob was an amazing host. He took the time to make sure we knew how to use everything, and he gave us recommendations on restaurants, local music, and the area. He spent time making sure we had a great time. The beach was very close and beautiful. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the host. We are already talking about returning. Trust me, you will love this place. Thank you, Bob!

We had a great stay. The house and property were fantastic and Bobby was an amazing host. It’s in a beautiful quiet location, but still close to restaurants and shops; we spent more time riding bikes to eat than driving. It’s also a short walk to a great beach. The house itself was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The fully fenced yard has beautiful landscaping and an incredible pool. Bobby was helpful and responsive and offered us great recommendations especially for local live music. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a last minute booking after having to leave a different location. The host was very attentive and quick to help if we had any questions. The property was very clean and well stocked. We loved the extra security with the locks on the top of the doors with young children to ensure they did not access the pool without us. We are already talking about booking another stay!

Bob was the most wonderful host and we enjoyed all the incredible amenities at his beautiful home. The pool was divine, perfect for families with young children or for couples wanting to sunbathe. This home has everything you can think of to enjoy a beach day or a pool day. The blackout curtains were perfect for sleeping in. And the windows throughout the home showcased both the sunset over the marsh as well as the moonlight over the ocean. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location and house.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The house is extremely comfortable, and the arrangement allows for both activity and privacy. The pool was great, and the beach access really easy. Great meals at the big dining room table, but the island was so much fun that we enjoyed the restaurants and low key indoor/outdoor dining spots. The owner, Bob, was available if needed. Highly recommend!

The owner Bob was attentive and very helpful with our first visit to the area. The only reason we even left the amazing pool and yard area was the basically private beach right down the block. Thank you for having us.

What a memorable stay! The house had plenty of room for six adults and two dogs. It was easy to spend time together, but also nice to have room to spread out for quiet time or working.The location was great. The beach is a quick walk away, and being further from the public parking area made it feel a lot more peaceful. Compared to most popular beaches in the summer, there were just the right amount of other beach-goers to make it truly enjoyable. There was also plenty of beach gear at the house, including chairs, coolers, tents, umbrellas, etc. The backyard and pool area were a big highlight of the trip. We spent a ton of time outside. The pool is bigger and nicer than most vacation rentals, and the setup made it easy to relax and enjoy the space. The marsh view was really nice too, especially at sunset.The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Bob was extremely responsive and helpful, we really appreciated how easy he made everything.Overall, it was a great spot for a family trip. We'd definitely stay here again!!Mike

This is a beautiful and nicely furnished house with pool within walking distance to the beach. Bob was a great host and provided lots of recommendations for things to do on SSI. He clearly puts a lot of effort into making the house comfortable and his guests happy. The house is very kid friendly.

Fantastic stay truly enjoyed the property and location

We had a great stay at this home. We go to St. Simons every summer and always stay in East Beach. This home had easy access to the beach, the living space was very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5 and the backyard is fully fenced and dog friendly. Bob was very available and responsive to all our needs and we would definitely stay here again!

The house along with St Simon’s Island was everything we could ask for. Bob was extremely accommodating, we most certainly would rate this vacation a ten out of ten,

Relaxing and easy stay. Great location on the island

Thank you again for the third wonderful spring break experience for our family. As always, Bob provided seamless communication, transparency, and a wonderful visit to SSI. The pool and spa were always a treat, we were able to relax in the quiet atmosphere, within walking distance to the beach. Everything was provided for us, and, as always, there was a new addition to the house—this time wonderful cookware (which helps, because we cook in-house most of the time). This year, we visited Pinball Palace in Brunswick, a short 15 minute drive away, when the day was rainy. The kids loved it, as did the adults…brought us back to our old days of playing in arcades with circa 1980-es

Wonderful home just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Island is fantastic for biking and ability to walk our dogs on the beach was great.

Location was awesome! Close to beach and town. You could ride bikes into town or walk. Lots of great restaurants. House was great for families or friends. Lots of room. Great yard for dogs to run around. Big pool and hot tub.

Our stay at the Saint Simons Beach House was fantastic! The home was spotless, and perfectly located just a short walk to the beach. The porch and backyard were perfect for relaxing by the pool/hot tube. The thoughtful touches from the owner made our trip even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway—can’t wait to return!

Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Owner goes above and beyond to be sure your stay is perfect, and it was. Property even nicer in person, pool is incredible, plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 2 dogs. I’d love to give suggestions for improvement, but I can’t think of any. Bob was yet again, the perfect host. Home and location are excellent. With the weather being cooler the patio and hot tub were much loved! Looking forward to our next visit!
