Beautiful lakefront home in a quiet cove with plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat trailers. A sidewalk path leads down to a private deep water dock. The water in the cove is clear, clean, deep, and great for swimming and there is plenty of room to tie up your boat. The house is located at the south end of Lake Oconee, near the dam, and is only ½ mile to a public boat launch. You’ll be minutes from the popular jumping rock, a rope swing, and multiple peaceful coves for skiing or fishing.brThe main level is made up of the kitchen, a large living room, full bath, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, a 42 inch flat screen, and a lake view through the large glass doors opening to the back deck. The second bedroom contains a king size bed and flat screen TV. The living room has a fire place, big screen TV, and a huge couch with seating for at least 8 adults. The large kitchen allows seating for 10-14 guests and a baby booster chair is available if needed. The back deck can be accessed from the kitchen, living room and one bed room and is supplied with plenty of seating to kick back, relax and take in the lake views after a long day playing on the lake. brThe master bedroom is located on the upper level.
