Eatonton, Georgia
This 5,600 square foot beautifully landscaped lakefront home was designed to entertain multiple families with children who like to have everything available in one location. Swimming pool, spa, bikes, pool table, ping-pong, air hockey, Ms. Pac-man, foosball, and the lake. The house is on a point lot overlooking the main lake in a gated community on Lake Oconee
As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by lake views. The main floor features 10' high ceilings, wood floors, two master suites with full baths, an office, a central living area with 50' plasma (HD) TV, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range (six-burner), two ovens, ice maker and two refrigerators. Kitchen utensils, linens, and towels are provided. Whether sitting on the covered patio with its wood-burning fireplace or laying out on a lounge chair by the pool, this professionally landscaped home gives you the feeling that nobody else has a house on the lake.
There are four bedrooms upstairs, three full baths, a game room with a pool table (ping-pong tabletop), air hockey, pinball, Pac-man, and a 'Kids Only' play area off to the side of the upstairs TV room. If the kids are not outside playing in the water, water skiing, being pulled on an inflatable, or riding bikes, you have the option of letting them play upstairs while the adults have a quiet area downstairs to relax. A win-win for everyone.
It is no problem to have an off-site meeting or a corporate retreat. The house has its own conference room that seats 12 comfortably. You can meet, play golf, enjoy the lake with all its amenities, and cap off the evening with steaks on the grill. The large Dining room table seats 12 adults comfortably. There are few other houses on the lake designed this way to build those relationships with clients, families, and friends. You will not find a better house on the lake that offers so much under one roof for multiple families to enjoy. Kids have an area to play, adults have an area to enjoy and everyone walks away with great memories.

Beautiful house with amazing lakefront location on the lake. Owner was incredibly helpful and a responsive with any questions or issues. Great family home for a one of a kind vacation .
Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time at this home! Libby was very communicative and on top of everything. The home had plenty of space, was well-stocked, and had the most beautiful view. We would definitely stay again!
This home was awesome. The location on Lake Oconee was one of a kind! Ammenities, pool spa and point location were incredible. I would recommend this location for any family looking for memories that will last a lifetime
Libby was very easy to meet with and stayed in constant communication before and after. The house was amazing and it was perfect for our stay! I was very pleased!
This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location right on the lake. The home has game room chock full of things to do when you're inside- pool, ping pong, air hockey, pinball etc. The kitchen and seating areas were more than ample for our party of 11. The pool area is gorgeous. The kids had a ball swimming every day. We rented a boat for 3 of the days. The lake is beautiful.
The house and amenities surpassed our expectations. The pictures on the internet do not do it justice. We had a family reunion with ages from 7 weeks to 90 years old. It was as perfect as could be. We never left the place except to go to the grocery store. We did have access to two boats and that definitely added to the enjoyment of our stay. Libby, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful and we would do it again.
This was our third year to stay at this incredible home on Lake Oconee. There's a reason we come back again and again...it's like coming home now. The house is gorgeous, the views and grounds cannot be matched, and everything you could want is there waiting for you! The weather was crazy hot this year, so we spent every moment in the pool or on the boat - we always use one of the local rentals. We never miss a sunrise on the dock...or a sunset for that matter. We take our large family pictures on the lawn by the Lake each year, creating the best memories that we'll cherish forever. The neighbors are so friendly, our grandchildren love walking over to the community garden and farmers market - one of the residents even gave us a quart of fresh picked cherry tomatoes! There is more than enough to do, to see, or just to sit quietly in one of the many Adirondack chairs by the lake. We hosted our family meals each night of the week - all 14 gathering and cooking together - every day felt like a holiday, without the rush! We rode bikes, went on long walks, spent hours on the Lake, and enjoyed the huge living room in the evenings watching favorite movies. The owners are so friendly and open-handed - from bikes, beach towels, and robes, to bug spray and every utensil/gadget imaginable...we literally never need to leave the property! Our grown kids with children are able to make themselves at home upstairs in the large bedroom quarters with their own bathrooms. It's the right balance of togetherness and privacy, whatever suits your mood. If you're looking for a care-free, family getaway that feels like home...this is it! You won't find a better location - stellar! See you next year!
Great house to relax in after days spent on the lake.
The property was fantastic and our host was incredible. Everything was just as advertised and Libby went out of her way to make sure we were totally taken care of. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. Spectacular trip and amazing hosts!
