Tranquil lake GET-A-WAY

Very peaceful and beautiful property to spend vacation.

Mrs. Peggy’s lake house was perfect. Everything in the listing was accurate. She was very attentive and responsive. The house was very clean everything you needed was provided. Me and my family are looking forward to our next stay.

Everything is as described. Very clean, family-friendly. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely love to go back!

We got to the house and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen. When i started to look around i noticed bugs throughout the house. The bugs included scorpions, spiders, and german roaches(an infestation and they are very hard/expensive to get rid of if they get in your luggage house) wr had to cancel our trip and fumigate all of our luggage that was brought into the house so that our personal house did not get an infestation. The owners then tried to change the dates of our stay including 2 extra days and refused to refund the appropriate amount.

Property was as advertised. Easy access to the grill at the marina and also to oconee springs park. Literally in the middle. Quiet cove. You will get some leg muscles climbing the hill up to hoise from the dock. Overall was a great stay.

Wonderful week, and everything we needed at this house was provided. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We spent a lot of time on the water - very relaxing and used the kayaks and paddle boards daily. So many places to relax on the water, dock, yard, patios and house. The house was very cozy. 4 of us but could have accommodated another large family easily. Hosts live across the street and when we asked for something it was at the door in minutes. Very friendly family - we’ve rented many VRBO homes and these were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay! the house is beautiful and the master bed slept wonderfully! The covered porches are great!

Beautiful property and great place to stay. Kids loved the paddle board and fishing. We had everything we needed.

Easy check in, owners were very responsive and helpful. Only complaint which has nothing to do with owners is the neighbors across the lake were very rude about us fishing but other than that great trip!

The place was beautiful and perfect for the most part. A few safety issues and some things were not so clean. The upstairs bathroom door lock is broken, many areas not clean, dishes not cleaned. The kayaks are not safe, one has a hole and takes on water.

This property was as advertised and perfect for our family. Good space including two wonderful screened in porches. Everything was clean and directions were clearly communicated. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Lake house was very spacious and very accommodating for our family. We enjoyed the warm weather on the dock most days-water was too cool to get in. Wish we could have enjoyed the porches more but lots of pollen due to spring time.

This is the 1st property that we have rented that has a great house and qood water front. We will be using this listing for our Sinclair get aways for now on ...as long as it is available.

The house was as advertised. The screened porches were so nice to have. Kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook with. Most the dishes were still dirty and needed to be washed before our use though. The king room was comfortable. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable. We showed up after the hurricane and they cleaned the yard up nice. Besides some dog poop from previous quests. The boat house was great And the dock was nice for the kids to jump off. They loved it!

Out of the way, but that’s exactly what we like. For us a vacation is lazy days and fishing nights. Hosts answered text we had very quickly.

We definitely enjoyed our week and Peggy was very responsive before and during our stay. Great place to relax and fish and we enjoyed the paddle boards.

Great house with plenty of room

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. Always in great shape and the owners respond very quick to questions. We will be booking there again next summer ! Love it

We enjoyed our stay. The house is big and is exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved sitting at the swing on the porch. It was fun watching the deer family coming in the evenings. The surroundings are beautiful. Not too far from town. We even swam in the lake.

Nice home. Very clean and everything needed. The dock was great and the lake perfect! Not a criticism, but if you are bringing a little bigger boat, plan on taking it a couple miles down the road to the marina to launch and load it. There is a ramp, but very shallow. Would definitely stay there again!

This place was wonderful!!! Loved the fact that it was in a cove so you didn't have muck boat traffic. The house is beautiful especially the huge screened in porch, we stayed out there a lot when we were not in the water. Would defiantly recommend this place and can not wait to come back again!!!

My family and a few of our friends stayed here Memorial Day weekend and it was everything we needed and more. Our friends of 20+ years have been getting together every summer for the major Holidays, but the house we always stayed in was sold last year, and this house was perfect to accommodate us. It Is tucked in a cove which made it easy swimming for the kids. The fishing was also good right off of the dock. There is a little walk to the water from the house but it was manageable. Also there is WiFi provided so that was nice but there was not hardly any cell service. I didn’t mind that one bit though, it was nice to unplug for the weekend. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this property and I hope to be able to book again soon! P.S. Mrs. Peggy was very attentive and answered all of the questions that I had!
