Lake Oconee Abode w/ Patio, Grill & Fire Pit Table

Great location and the condo had all the amenities you could want. My only complaint is that the toilet paper provided was the cheap one-ply variety. The place is fairly pricey and I don't mind paying it, but for that amount they can afford to provide better quality toilet paper. Hey, it's the little things...

Please for your sake, find a different rental. We left after night one of a three day stay. The owner and evolve offered zero refund.

This property was superior convenient to the lake and quiet. Although we had trouble getting a hold of the property owner, we called him left a message and went through Evolve and they couldn't get a hold of him as well. So communication for us was not good! Our kids just wanted to go into the community pool and couldn't due to the information being incorrect on the listing. Other than that great area.

When we arrived at the property to check in, there was a sign on the front lawn advising that this property was not approved by the county for short term rental. It said we would be asked to vacate the premises.So obviously the first thing we did was attempt to call our contact. They did not answer our calls or text messages for over an hour.When we got a text back after an hour all it said was sorry, we thought you were checking in tomorrow, but you are ok to stay.We asked for proof we could stay, and werent given it initially.Finally after another 30 minutes another investor in the property called us and fully explained the situation. The house had its short term license expire, and is in process with the county and the county has allowed short term rentals to continue.When we wanted to use the grill both propane tanks were empty.One of the bathrooms had dead bugs on the counter top and sink.Tile floors in the master bath were cracking and the grout needs to be redone. Walls had huge cracks in them in the living room.Overall, this property has the opportunity to be great, it just needs more attention from its investors and property management company.

Loved this house so much that we are planning on booking again for next year! The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. The house was clean, roomy, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Definitely recommend Lake Oconee Abode!

Beautiful house with plenty of space! It was nicely decorated and each room had its own wine cooler.

Place was great! 4 available beds. 3 1/2 baths. My suggestion is to have the wifi password more easily available. Had to send several messages that were not answered, until we called the company to get the password. Could not get the TV to show local channels..had to watch the Yankee game on my Ipad. But other than that, the place was great, comfortable, clean, had all the ammenities. We had a blast

The property was clean and the description online was correct. Great location for some good restaurants. Lake view is minimal, but you can walk around the property to get better views.

This is a great home. There is a lot of space and the layout is such that you can see the lake from every level. The bed in the primary and couches are very comfortable. The home was well appointed. It is very close to shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were the condition of some of the dishes/glasses/silverware and there is limited area to walk outside with our dog. Would recommend!

Extremely relaxing, well appointed, large layout with room for everyone, quiet setting, close to many restaurants and Publix. A community dock for your boat and pool is just around the corner. The 3 decks are a plus; you can sit out and enjoy the breeze off the water and hear the birds sing. I recommend staying here to everyone!

Perfect location. We could walk to the lake house restaurant. I loved seeing the lake from all three levels. The layout was perfect and the bedrooms were comfortable with nice tvs and coffee makers and/or mini fridge in every bedroom.
