Lake Oconee, Georgia’s second largest lake, has over 19,000 acres of boating, fishing, and kayaking, just steps away from the back door. brThis recently renovated home has a spacious, well stocked kitchen that can accommodate your entire crew. The dining table seats six, but there are plenty of outdoor tables that will welcome any overflow. The living area has plenty of seating with a mounted flat screen TV. There is a bathroom with a full washer and dryer located on the main floor as well. brThe second floor boasts two bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the third floor loft area has 4 twin size beds, perfect for children and teens. brThere is a gas grill located on the covered back porch deck. The cute and well maintained home has been upgraded with hardwood flooring, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and an open floor plan. Outside is a large level lot with winding driveway, covered 2 car carport, and a wonderful lakeside screened deck to watch those sunsets. This retreat has two bedrooms on the main level each with their own full bathrooms, also one half bath on the main. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a full size bed and one is a bunk room with two setsh of bunk beds and a twin bed with a trundle bed.
