It is heated to 86 degrees (can be lowered if you prefer). brbrOur updated two bedroom, two bath home sleeps six with a queen-sized murphy bed. We are located in the sought out Village of Rio Grande, just a 5 minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Town Square and a 10 minute ride to Lake Sumter Landing. We are very close to all of the shopping and restaurants on US 441/27.brbrThe living area has a reclining sofa as well as an electric reclining lift chair for your comfort. There is a wall mounted 75 inch smart TV.brbrBoth bedrooms have king sized beds. The master bath has a walk-in shower, and the second bath has a shower/tub combo. There is also a queen sized Murphy bed in the Florida room.brbrThe closest pools are the Rio Grande family pool, the Chula Vista adult pool (stays open late!) and the Tierra del Sol Country Club pool. brbrExecutive golf courses that are very close are Mira Mesa, Chula Vista and De La Vista. Closest championship courses are Tierra del Sol and Hacienda Hills.brbrWe do allow two small dogs — maximum weight of 40 pounds (developer’s restriction). There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150.
