A nice walking/jogging trail starts at this property and winds along the beach for about a mile going north.brA large inflatable slide (50' tall, buy my estimation) is always parked on the sand right near the condo. The condo faces west so you will see spectacular sunsets over the inter coastal waterway. It’s quiet here with plenty of space. The bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage including a walk in closet. A queen size blow up bed is available for guests to stay in the living room. Kayaks are available for your enjoyment. Treasure Island boasts many bars and restaurants all within walking distance. There is also a park across the street with a dog park and tennis and pickle ball courts!brUnit can be rented seasonally 3 month minimum Jan-March 30.
