Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.br– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the housebr– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.br– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.br– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.br– Limit of up to two pets are ONLY allowed if you have received pre-approval, paid the $125 pet fee, and you take full liability for any injury or damage caused by your pet.br– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.brbrOTHER HOUSE RULES:br– Park in the garage/on the driveway/or on the other side of the road, but NOT on the road side closest to the house since it's a towing zone.
