Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the property. The location in general was excellent, the view is just to die for. Dealing with the management company was fine up until we got to the home, but from that moment on all we got were automated text messages and essentially radio silence. The garage door is broken, we called the weekend number twice to notify them, no one showed up for the whole week. The hot tub was not getting hot until the pool maintenance people came for regular maintenance 4 days into our stay, and finally the BBQ was unusable. I will add though, that the house was very clean, well stocked and the beds and furniture were very comfy.Next time we come to The Villages, we'll look for a different property.

This property was very clean and the pool sparkled. I was hesitant to book based on otber reviews, but so glad we did. We loved the property and location. Would definitely rent this one again.

Dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty bathroom sinks! We hired a cleaning service to clean it up No hot water in the bathroom sinks! Limited T V available, could not use the fireplace! Water heaters on the roof to heat the pool broken. Roof covering over the outside above the pool areas torn and leaking badly when it rains. Had to get the maintenance people in to clean the bathroom sinks and change the water filter on the refrigerator. Master bathroom toilet would not stop running need to replace the flapper. For the amount of money we paid we surely did not get what we paid for!!!

The home was spotless on the indoors. The pool was beautiful, but filthy. The filter wasn’t on and the water was stagnant. There was black mold down the waterfall rocks and the entire pool was green with algae. We went swimming and my husband contracted an eye infection. The property manager was helpful and since we stayed during a holiday week, they couldn’t have the pool cleaned until later in the week. We couldn’t swim in a clean pool until our last day. We were so disappointed and this ruined our vacation. The home is lovely, but we paid a lot for a clean pool and we should have arrived to a clean pool on day #1.
