    My wife and I spent 10 days here in Dec. 2025. The house was represented well in the pictures. The home is a little dated but you can see that in the pics. It was apportioned well and clean. Check in and check out was easy and went well. Dan the host was very accommodating and replied to all my inquiries in an extremely timely manner. The golf cart was very useful. Using the Villages app we could get gps directions to wherever we wanted to go.

    Very nice home in a great location. It was easy to access and a good place to rest while at parents house down the street for mom's memorial service.

    Our stay was pleasant. The location was convenient to both Spanish Springs town square and Sumter town square. The property manager was easy to communicate with and pleasant personality. He always responded to our concerns and comments.

    Dirty, neglected,house due to absentee landlord/owner/manager . Broken window blinds, dirty grimy floors, moldy frig door, peeling painted counters in bathroom, painted and varnished kitchen counters, disposal broken. Kitchen sink drain sluggish, outdoor furniture rusted and dirty, front entryway dirty and thick w embedded dirt, corroded batteries in kitchen messy junk drawer, only one kitchen towel. Only 3 butter knives All cooking pans in scratched poor condition, garage dirty and smelly, Dining chairs dirty and has peeling paint, dining table has numerous scratches and loose legs which caused table to sway and squeak, internet couldn’t be accessed, wires hanging down on wall from tv, plastic cutting boards worn and full of knife cuts, third “bedroom”? Was not really a bedroom because it had a tv cabinet with a tv in it and a rod to hang clothes on ! So if clothes were hung in it they hid the tv!, the sheets were wrinkled and gray. There were no extra blankets , I found sleeping bag I used as a blanket on cold nights, pillows are old and flat, the coffee table was so cruddy I covered it w a beach towel after I cleaned it. The smoke detector kept going off at odd hrs and the grounds are very neglected, these are just some of many more issues that made our stay in this house one of the worst ever! We couldn’t find another house for our two week stay on such notice especially for our dates of Jan 4-18th! We were stuck w it! Falsly retesrnted in their ad!

    An older home, it needs some updating but it was comfortable for a family of four adults. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed.

    The property manager, Dan, could not have made the booking process and our stay any easier. Fantastic gentleman to work with. The unit was a lovely, comfy place for our (2) month stay and was very convenient to the Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs town squares. Availability of a golf cart was a big plus for us to get to frequent activities at the Savannah rec center. The place was very clean upon check-in, keycode worked, wifi access easy, tv’s all ok. Everything we looked to use was there except a colander to rinse all the fresh fruits. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would entertain any unit Dan had to offer.
