We were visiting some family who live in Leesburg -- this was a perfect location! All of the amenities of The Villages, just a few miles from The Brownwood Paddock Square and seven miles from Sumter Landing. Only one roundabout to the Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and US 44.The home is located near an adult pool and is situated in a quiet cul de sac back off of Morse Road. It was sooooo quiet and peaceful!

Reviewer Comments: Everything about this property was great, Great location, nice golf cart, very clean home, etc. I have 2 suggestions to even further improve this home. 1) Would be nice if the bedrooms, especially the master bedroom, would have curtains on the windows, this time of year, the sun comes up early and even with the blinds closed the room becomes very light/bright, making it a bit more difficult for sleeping. 2) Seeing this is a retirement community I assume most people who stay here are senior citizens, I am, it would be nice if the 2 toilets in the bathrooms were the newer Comfort height toilets which are a bit higher than the standard. Makes it easier to get up from. All in ALL very pleased with this home, would rent again and recommend to friends. Tony G

All linens and floors were very clean - appliances are immaculate - thank you! A few notes - has a Keurig and a regular coffee maker; bring toilet paper and don't forget toiletries. Beautiful place, will definitely stay again if we come down and it's available. Would love to have stayed longer!

The home was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. The location was perfect and a close golf cart ride to everywhere we went. We would highly recommend this rental home. We Actually closed on a home while we were here on vacation & can’t wait to visit very often now !

Comfortable beds and clean home. Perfectly located near Brownwood in the villages. Also loved using the golf cart for trips to the shops. The rental company are also very nice and professional, always on hand to help with a few minor problems we had and when we had to extend our stay.
