The fully fenced yard affords privacy and security, while still allowing the beautiful views of the Preserves located behind the house.

Sit on the lanai in the morning sipping your coffee and watch the sun rise. This beautiful eastern exposure means that the sun is on the opposite side of the house during the warmest part of the day, allowing a lot of relaxing outdoor time. The bar contains a grill and outdoor refrigerator for your entertaining pleasure.

The Master Bedroom and Front Bedroom both feature beautiful, comfortable, king-sized beds, and the middle bedroom has two comfortable twin sized beds, all with soft sheets and a variety of pillow options. The Master Bedroom has a 2nd dedicated work space with a monitor, a walk-in closet, and bathroom ensuite including a large roman shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom located just outside of the bedrooms.

The kitchen is well stocked with all of the dishes, pans, utensils, etc that you’ll need. We have a coffee pot (and filters), a Keurig, toaster, blender, etc. We also have small things that others don’t think of such as dish and dishwasher soap, left-over containers, baggies, aluminum foil, etc. We want you to feel very comfortable in your home away from home. Around the corner from the kitchen area is another dedicated work station with extra monitor and printer.

We do supply all of the sheets and towels that you’ll need to enjoy your stay, so you won’t have to pack spares like many of the rental homes require. We also supply all of those nice to haves such as hand soap, first aid items, cotton balls, q-tips, and shampoo in the bathrooms. There are sound machines with night lights in all the bedrooms. I tried to think of everything to give you the comfort of your own home and more.

We do allow dogs. If you’re bringing a dog, they must be at least 18 months old, do not chew on furnishings, do not bark excessively, and must be human friendly. There is a 2 dog maximum, and a $75 fee for the first dog and $50 fee for the second dog is required. We do have dog food /water bowls, so please DO NOT use our kitchen bowls. We also have 2 dog beds. If your dog soils, digs, or chews the dog beds or anything in the house/yard, you will be responsible for replacement.
