The overall house plan is open and inviting. Particularly if you are entertaining, you are always within ear and eye shot of your guests.brbrThe floors were just recently done in a rich wood throughout with the living room (with it's new 65 TV) and master bedroom. The lanai was also recently redone in a very nice tile.
