Centrally located in Tavernier at mile marker 92, it is an all-suite resort located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Located on 60 acres in the Florida Keys and part of a protected mangrove forest. Property is entered through a private road and gatehouse. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the many activities our Florida Keys resort has to offer. Onsite pool, restaurant, beach, marina, tennis courts, boat and trailer parking and much more. Fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, along with boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, Everglades eco-tours, glass bottom boat reef trips, para-sailing, wave runners, and swimming with the dolphins. The marina picture has the actual full email address listed of where to send the request.brbrTo bring a boat or boat trailer on the property as a guest you must have a room reservation in your name for the period that you wish to have the boat on property. You must also have in your name a reservation for a boat trailer parking space and, if you are keeping your boat in the marina, you must have a reservation for an assigned boat slip. The name on the room reservation, boat registration, and insurance information must all be the same. Reservations for which all the required documentation has been received will be confirmed two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.brbrRules/Regulations/Restrictions:brbr-All Boats are required to carry insurance ($300K Liability and $100K Property Damage) as stated per Ocean Pointe Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required prior to entering property. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. Please attach a copy of your certificate of insurance to this form when faxing back to us. It is also necessary that you bring these documents with you as you may be asked to provide it again.brbr-All jet powered water crafts (i.e., jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.brbr-Boats exceeding a registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited. Information on offsite availability for vessels over 28 feet and jet powered water crafts is available upon request. (Note: maximum beam with: 9’ 6”).brbrFees/Charges: SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CONTACT OCEAN POINTE FOR MOST UP TO DATE FEES.brbr-Ocean Pointe charges a Marina Facility Fee of $40.00 per night plus tax. Holidays and Lobster Mini-Season will be an additional $15.00 per night over the base fee. Monthly stays are a flat $300.00 plus tax per month. This fee allows for use of the boat washing stations, boat launch (in/out) and facilitating the parking of your trailer on property.brbr- Wet slips are available at $3.00 per foot per night plus tax during Season (Mar.15-Sept. 15 & Dec. 15-Jan. 15); $2.50 per foot per night plus tax during Off-Season (Jan. 16-Mar. 14 & Sept. 16-Dec. 14); $4.00 per foot per night plus tax on holidays (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend); and $5.00 per foot per night plus tax on Lobster Mini-Season.brbr-Monthly Slip Rentals Only: Monthly slip rentals for vessels up to 22 feet in length are available for $1500.00 per month; monthly slip rentals for boats over 22 feet but under 28 feet are available for $2000.00 per month. For a monthly slip rental 25% of the first month’s rental is required as a deposit. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Notice of cancellation is required at least two weeks prior to arrival date for cancellation with refund. Any cancellation made less than two weeks prior to arrival will result in forfeit of the deposit.brbrPETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITEDbrbrGuests will have access to the entire condo during their stay, if renting the unit as a whole.brbrAlthough we are not onsite during your stay, we do live locally and will be here to assist with as needed.brbrIf you are bringing a boat that does not meet the requirements to use the marina or park onsite, there is another nearby marina option that you can use. Mangrove Marina is close to the property.
