Excellent property management representative and handyman( Kim and Randy).Too many issues with home itself for price of rental. Fortunately, issues were addressed immediately by property management team....updates required in bathrooms etc.property menagement trs.

Well kept and perfect set up for pets to feel at home. Everything is well set up and maintained good. My good boy Blue and I needed a temporary dwelling while we searched for a permanent home that suited our needs well. I thought that would only take around a month. Turned out to be 4! However, The villa here FELT like home and the folks at Down Home Properties, my main contact Crystal especially was helpful, and all have been just super to have as property managers. Been easy and efficient from the start. I am not the usual type client that is generally visiting or vacationing, but I can honestly say that this has been an absolute great and very accommodating stay.

We were so happy to be able to bring our cat and have him stay with us while we made our move from VA to FLThe AC went out one evening and the property manager had a technician out within an hour. The location was great. So close to all the things we needed. My only complaint would be the seating in the living room. A couple of recliners would have made it so much more comfortable. Overall we had a very good stay.

We also had to rent golf cart, which for the rental amount, should have been included.

Wish there was some grass for the dog, good field to run the dog 10 minute walk away. Neighbors very nice. Could use a comfortable chair!!

Enjoyed the quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors who welcomed short term renters.Home was very clean ....except for outdoor grill ...unable to use because of built of grease. Quality of furnishings overall good shape .Home is great if you are bringing your fur baby.... outdoor walled area and safe enjoyable neighborhood for walks.

Comfortable, but dated. No grass at all on property meaning a lot of dog walks, would stay again.

Very clean property which is well located to enjoy the Spanish Springs nightly events. The furniture is tired but adequate for my purposes. I very much enjoyed my stay and end up buying a house.
