The Ozello keys are a string of islands on Floridas nature coast that are fully accessible by car. Nestled between Homosassa Springs and Crystal River. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath stilt home sits on a peninsula. It is fully furnished with all of the creature comforts of home including linens, dishes, spices, etc. It has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, 2 x flat screen TV's, wifi, Netflix, DVD player, grill, and covered parking. It can sleep a maximum of 7 with a queen bed in each bedroom, a full size electric air mattress, and a twin size sleeper loveseat in the master bedroom. There are 2 elevated decks outside to enjoy as well as a large fire pit down by the water to make memories at. Also included are 3 kayaks for your use as well as limited fishing equipment and tackle. Kayaks and small boats can be used from the back yard. There is not a dock and due to a low bridge most boats can not get from the gulf to the house . Boat ramp and marina is less than 1.5 miles away. Lots of things to do if you are looking for activities. Year round there is great fishing and nature watching from the back yard as well as seeing dolphin and manatees wondering through. Go down to the marina and see the area on an airboat tour. A quick trip up the road for a meal at either Backwater Fins or the historic Pecks restaurant. Maybe go explore Homosassa Springs and Crystal River, each about 10 miles away, there is always something going on. Little over an hour from Tampa or Orlando. Must be ok with friendly dogs because neighbor dogs will almost always come over to say hi. No gatherings or events over 12 people. Dogs are allowed with a fee but they cannot jump on or sleep on the furniture. This may waive your deposit. There is a small elevator but has been disconnected and cannot be used by guests for liability reasons.

From the boat dock, you can see Manatees play and catch incredible fish. One two person and two smaller one person kayaks are included in the rental. There is a private boat dock on the other side of the lake that is inexpensive and easy to launch from. Within walking distance of the house is a friendly liquor store and the biscuit barn — best breakfast anywhere!!!br If you turn left out of the canal, you will be in Kings Bay, the canals are very well marked so you can go out for dinner at the wonderful waterfront restaurants and have no trouble finding your way home. If you turn right out of the canal you had to the grass flats where scallops abound!!brRelax around the fire pit in comfortable chairs at night. Enjoy the warm breezes in the screened in Lanai. There are three cozy bedrooms with televisions in each one. The master features, a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a very private queen bedroom in the back corner of the house, and the middle bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins. All of the bedrooms have nice closet space, and bright windows. The master bathroom has a shower and the hallway bathroom has a shower with a tub. In the living room there is a double Murphy bed. There is also a fish cleaning station, a beautiful deck with a view down the whole canal, and a large fenced yard. Boaters, please don't worry about the bridge - clearance is 15-20' even at high tide so you'll be just fine : )brbrCompletely remodeled and furnished, this house has 2 fully stocked kitchens plus an 80lb ice-maker in the garage and a 3rd fridge for beverages poolside! The main kitchen opens onto a huge living room with fireplace and a 70 inch TV. A large island and open plan means that the cook never gets left out of the fun. The second kitchen is located at the back of the house, near the porch and pool. Perfect for preparing side dishes when grilling out or for late night snacks poolside. brbrSpeaking of poolside…. Newly installed electric heat pump keeps pool temp in the 80's provided that outside air temperature is 55 or above. Our screened porch is awesome!
