We are located in the quiet neighborhood of South Ponte Vedra Beach, just 15 minutes north of historic St. Augustine. This beautiful, oceanfront home was lovingly remodeled in the fall of 2017. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is perfect for mid-sized groups, as it can sleep up to 8. We do have two other vacation rentals on either side of this one, if you need to sleep more people!brbrbrbrWhen you walk into the main living area of the house on the 2nd floor, you will be greeted with vibrant colors, beachy chic design, and amazing views of the ocean. On the main floor, you will find the open living room and eat-in kitchen. Both are designed with friends and family in mind. Whether you are in the kitchen, preparing your favorite meal, or watching a movie in the living room, the open floor plan allows everyone to stay connected. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef could desire, and features stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, and a huge pantry. Thanks to the large windows, the living room is flooded with natural light, and features a beautiful wood ceiling, and warm hardwood floors. Two sofas surround the TV and offer a great place to gather. The built-in book shelf is full of books and games for you to enjoy. There is a powder room on this level as well. Outside, you will find a large wrap-around deck, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze or working on your tan!brbrbrbrThe master bedrooms is it’s own little oasis. The lucky inhabitants will enjoy sleeping to the sounds of the waves caressing the sandy shore. The master features a comfy king bed, TV, closet space, and a huge master bathroom. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks, a beautiful walk-in shower and a spacious closet. There is a sliding door from the bedroom that leads you right out to the oceanfront deck!brbrDownstairs are three more bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom is on the ocean side of the house, and has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a full Murphy bed, which is very comfortable, while the 4th bedroom is perfect for the kids. This bedroom has two, large built-in bunk beds and a TV. The bathroom downstairs has a shower and tub combination. We provide all of the bath towels and wash cloths for each bathroom. A stack washer and dryer are available downstairs as well.brbrbrbrPLEASE NOTE: There is a tight spiral staircase that is used to get from the first floor to the second from inside the house. You can also use the outdoor stairs to go down to the first level.brbrbrbrFrom the back door on the first floor, you have access to the covered porch. Here you will find a gas grill (propane provided), outdoor privacy shower, and your own private walkway to the beach. We provide beach towels and beach chairs, so you don’t have to pack them! There is a 1-car garage, but it is very small so we use it for storage and not parking. There is ample parking in the driveway out front.brbrbrbrWhile we know you will love spending as much time as you can at the beach, there are plenty of other activities in the area. Historic St. Augustine (the nation’s oldest city) is just 15 minutes south of us. There, you will find countless shops, art galleries, restaurants, tours, and more. If you love to golf, you have come to the right place. We have dozens of quality courses in the area, including TPC Sawgrass, home to the famous Par 3 17th island hole! If you are here during football season, be sure to head into Jacksonville to catch our 2017 AFC South Champion Jacksonville Jaguars! Day trips to Orlando and Daytona are very easy from here as well. The house was remodeled in the Spring of 2015. Driftwood is decorated in wonderful ocean colors, and each room has it’s own character. The living room features comfy leather sofas and chairs which surround a large flat screen TV. There is a stereo with CD player, plus books, and games for the entire family to enjoy. The oceanfront sunroom has a daybed, perfect for snuggling up with a book, or stretching out for a lazy nap. There is also a work space for your lap top, should this be a working vacation. Free WIFI is available throughout the house. There is a decorative (non-functional) fireplace with a stunning mantle made from a 300-year old piece of drift wood.brbrbrbrThe remodeled galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything that the most demanding chef could request. The solid surface counter tops and cabinets are new. There is plenty of counter top space for food prep. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, plus there is an additional fridge in the garage for extra groceries. There is a glass-top stove, overhead microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. There is a door that leads outside to the gas grill. We provide the propane for the grill. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen, so you can keep those sandy bathing suits clean. The courtyard leads directly to the exclusive beach access where sand, surf, sun, and sharks tooth hunting await. You'll find everything that you could possibly need for your beach outing including plenty of beach towels, an umbrella, multiple beach chairs, buckets, shovels, beach toys, etc. The outdoor shower heads at the beach walkway and at the pool make it easy to rinse the sand off.br brInside the condo you will find a newly remodeled, island kitchen that is well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. The island has four (4) bar stools for quick bites or hanging out with the chef (chef not included!). The kitchen table expands to seat 10+ people and there are plenty of seating areas inside and outside on the northeast-facing, ocean-view patio.
