Our family enjoyed our third stay in this sunny, clean, tastefully decorated condo. We hope to stay again!

My wife and I travel the country and the first question in our minds are, “would we come back here?”Most of the time, the answer is maybe or if we come back to this city, we need to find another place to stay.Short answer, when we come back to Ponte Vedra, we are staying with Sawgrass and Vanessa (Host).

My Aunt, Uncle and Cousin stayed here for a wedding, and they loved the place. Great location for a great price and inside was outstanding. Communication with owners exceeded expectations as they answered many questions from us and facilitated getting our family members into the location without any issues. Highly impressed.

Our family of 5 absolutely loved Ponte Vedra and staying at this property. We went for a long weekend and flew into Jacksonville with very little luggage. This property was stocked with everything—beach gear, kitchen and bathroom essentials, bikes, and more! The beach is walkable and we had the pool to ourselves. Vanessa was fantastic. Her communication and care were top-notch. We highly recommend visiting Ponte Vedra and staying at this property!

Amazing small touches, beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and tidy up our arrival, great layout for a small group. efficient design and use of space. All the 'toys' and kitchen gadgets we needed! And the host was SO helpful with our questions - above and beyond. We will come back, I feel sure.

I have to start by saying how wonderful Vanessa was to work with. She was not just accommodating, she genuinely cared about my family and I having a wonderful time there and enjoying the property and the area. The property is absolutely perfect for any family wanting to stay in the Ponte Vedra and enjoy the beach, golf, and other activities in the area. We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and it was perfectly located and served as a terrific home away from home. I’d give Vanessa and the property more than 5 stars if I could.
