Stayed Aug 19, 2024Beautiful space above a garage in a quiet, natural neighborhood. The owners were attentive and classy. We did not want to leave, and even intend on building something similar someday for personal use. We cannot wait to go back in the future!

Stayed Oct 26, 2023This large studio located over the garage on the owners home property was perfect for my husband, dogs and me! We were in town to visit in-laws and needed our own, pet friendly space. The studio was spacious, clean and the location was excellent! We walked to the beach, quick drive to restaurants/shopping in Ponte Vedra and not too far to Vilano beach/St.Augustine. The owners were friendly, welcoming and communication was exceptional. Although the family lives on the premises, we felt like we had privacy. Steps up to studio and unpaved driveway may not work for elderly/disabled.
