Steps away from the ocean

I did not like the fact that it was advertised as a 1 bedroom when it was a studio. also, there was lack of communication for the access to the unit.

Very short walk across parking lot to beach boardwalk and pool. Very quiet arra.

The condo was very clean, ideal location for the beach easy walk across the street - beautiful beach. Very nice!

Our stay was so enjoyable. Had a couple very minor issues, but our host was very responsive and resolved our issues. We will definitely be back.

It was nice. Was not ocean or beach view. It was literally a few minutes across the street. I was thinking the property was actually on the beach before booking. The place was pretty clean overall. Check in was a breeze. The area was nice but way too far away from things to do other than the beach. The use of the community pool was okay.

Not the cleanest when we arrived. Beard hair in the bathroom sink. Shower appears to be dirty but may just be an abundance of clear caulk.

We arrived 30 minutes after expected arrival at 4:00 pm. Room had not been cleaned. It was filthy. I tried calling the property manager and with no response after two times, called VRBO to register a complaint. The manager finally called me, telling me not to discuss anything with VRBO. She offered to return the cleaning fee as her “apology” for our inconvenience. I told her that I had left voice mail messages on her phone. She denied receiving them. I was given the option to take the reduction in cleaning fee or leave and she’d refund my payment. We traveled by car from out of town and had no place to go. She was unsympathetic with a “take it or leave it” attitude. Finally, she found someone to come clean the unit while we went to dinner. It was the “maintenance” man! He did his best, but the unit still had several issues. We made the most of our weekend, but customer service was definitely lacking. I have before pictures (when we arrived), after the maintenance man cleaned (at check in) and post our stay ( when we left the unit as clean as possible). Oh! The manager finally called the night of our arrival and finally admitted that she was “out of the country”. How can a manager help if they are not here?

Cleanliness & close to beach Great communication with host

We were informed that there was external construction on the unit, which seemed fine. But when we arrived the balcony was covered and inaccessible with thick sheets of opaque plastic covering the slider (the only window) so it was dark and we couldn’t see out. Contacted Owner and was offered refund but can’t find where this refund has been made. We left immediately and did not stay there.

Nice unit with screened porch. Easy beach access.

Other than the bathroom sinks being too tall the condo was fine.

Enjoyed our stay! Walk across the parking lot to the beach… location is wonderful! Watched 4th of July fireworks from the beach.

The property was good, however there were only 2 coffee cups, microwave was difficult to operate. Could not cook our pizza.Rocu TV was disappointing. One of the lights in the bathroom was out and shower light strobed.Beds were very comfortable

The location is fantastic.

The condo was fine. However being 4’11” the bathroom vanity was to high for me. The location and cost were perfect!

We loved the location and ease of everything during our stay. Very cute and cozy. Would love to stay here again. Only thing I’d change is that I thought it had a bedroom with two beds and a living room so as a one bedroom vs a studio layout. Regardless, it was so perfect for our time there and I loved it!

Exactly as described and with stellar access to one of my favorite beaches on th globe. Thanks for a great visit home, from snowy MN.

This was a perfect spot for me while in town for the Players. Ocean across the street and the condo had everything I needed.

This was a lovely place to stay. We felt very safe at night during our time there, check in was very easy to do. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to check to see if this place is available again.

Fire protector alarm seems faulty as I entered the house.
