Family fun awaits you in this lovely get away in prestigious Ponte Vedra Beach

A very fine well managed beach home experience. When we return to Ponte Verda, this would be our first choice.

We had a wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful property, great location. Clean & amazing views ! Wonderful for a big family vacation! A few things could make it even more perfect—deck furniture being cleaned before arrival so it is usable (several nights were cool enough to be relaxing out on deck-but furniture was dirty), deck extended to the boardwalk (there are burrs in the grass-so shoes are a must to get over to boardwalk), & an outdoor grill. Love that there are plenty of towels & nice W & D to refresh them during the week. We’ve stayed in Ponte vedra for over 20years now & it is one of our favorite houses for vacation!

We were in Ponte Vedra for a business conference and decided to stay in this home rather than at the hotel. We could not have made a better decision. The home was in a perfect location — right on the beach with gorgeous views and just a few miles from the conference. The home is lovely — exactly as pictured. Three of its bedrooms offer en suite bathrooms creating an even more relaxing environment for the family and friends who traveled with us. We will definitely return!

It was a wonderful stay! The kitchen was spacious, with plenty of room to gather and have quality family time.

This house worked well for 3 couples. We loved the beach views and easy access to the ocean.

We had a great time at this beach house. All appliances work well and it is very clean and spacious. The location could not be better. It is close enough to Micklers to be close to restaurants but far enough away that the crowd never made it down that far. This was our second time staying here. Our only complaint is the master bedroom has no curtains and some of the artwork scared our kids.

This is our second visit to this lovely beach house. Even prettier in person! Our kids had a blast playing on the beach every day and enjoyed the beach toys provided at the house. Lots of wildlife- dolphins, pelicans, tortoises, lizards. Gorgeous view of the beach at all times. The beach is never crowded but is a convenient walk to the public access where they had surfing lessons. The house is tastefully updated and on a spacious property that is private from the road. Definitely one of our favorite rentals and it’s likely we will visit again!

We had a nice stay. The kitchen and family room is big and open making it great for families (multiple families). The art was not our style and a bit unsettling to the kids. The master bedroom is very large and spacious but does not have curtains so you are up with the sun. That would be a very easy and greatly appreciated fix! The other rooms are also spacious and have shutters that block the light. The beach and location could not be better!! There's a nice deck that is shaded in the late afternoons and the grill worked great. All very nice!!

Gorgeous and clean house. Would definitely recommend for a perfect beach getaway.

Wonderful location and a good value. Love the single level floor plan with large entryway, great views. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and a really nice sized kitchen, which we used a lot. Beach is about to get restored and will be beautiful. Loved sitting on the deck out back in the evenings. Only knock, the grounds need attention, not pleasant to walk through. We're local and I'd rent this house again.
