Stayed Jun 2, 2021This property has a great open floor plan, with lots of natural light, spacious bedrooms and lots of dresser/closet space. The location is perfect....situated on a golf course, with access to pool, beach and great restaurants/shops. The property comes with bikes which is nice for riding to the beach. My family really enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with views of the water way. The property really has everything you need, from kitchen supplies, to washer/dryer, towels, linens, pillows, etc. The home is clean, cared for, and just a wonderful vacation rental!!

Stayed Feb 10, 2020The condo is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has all well stocked. Very peaceful overlooking the pond and golf course. Owners were provided great service.

Stayed May 31, 2019We had the most wonderful time here! Beautiful and spacious condo! The layout was perfect for our family. Everything was clean, well equipped and ready for us. The location was fantastic! We loved riding bikes throughout the community to the pool and beach. Stephanie was so helpful with getting everything set up for us and providing us with information about Sawgrass and the surrounding area.

Stayed Dec 31, 2018The Sawgrass Condo was very comfortable. It has plenty of room for the family to enjoy, comfortable furniture and a kitchen that is easy to use. I found this location to be convenient to everything we wanted to do in Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville (great restaurants and shopping). I was able to walk the area with my puppy and enjoy the outside. The weather for us was ideal. People in the community were friendly and nice to talk with. I truly enjoyed every minute we were there.
