The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances and opens to a spacious dining area for 8 people. For guests with small children, a highchair, sippy cups and children’s plates/bowl/utensils are available for use. The living room is equipped with smart roku TV, DVD player, family board games and a large sectional with room for the entire family. A sliding glass door in the living room opens to a private fenced in backyard with outdoor furniture allowing you to enjoy the Floridian beach lifestyle. Also outside the house, you will find a private outdoor shower and hose to clean up after a fun day at the beach. brbrAs you continue to the second level, guests are greeted with three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the opposite end of the hallway from the two other bedrooms, is furnished with a comfortable king bed, smart TV, large walk-in shower and slider doors that open to a balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom features a queen bed and direct access to a jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom offers a variety of options for sleeping with a bunkbed, trundle and a twin bed. In addition, a queen air mattress is accessible to guests. Also available to our guests with small children, is a pack and play, baby gate, and bed railing. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is located upstairs. It does not cover damages caused by deliberate and malicious intent, or because of breaking the house rules.brShould the Owner of any property managed by us elect to no longer rent their property for any reason, you will be relocated to a comparable property as determined by us. If a comparable Property is not available, you will receive a full refund.brAny reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. If a renter is evicted by us, the Condominium Association or their property management, or law enforcement, you will not receive a refund of any kind.brAlthough each property will be completely equipped for rental purposes, we cannot accept responsibility for aesthetic conflicts. Maintenance problems in Property will be handled in a timely and professional manner provided we are given notice of a problem. Please let us know immediately upon arrival of any issues with Property.brbrMAXIMUM OCCUPANCYbrEach property has a specific maximum occupancy. Take note of the maximum occupancy allowed in the property before making a reservation. The maximum occupancy includes all members in the party regardless of age including small children and infants. By exceeding the maximum occupancy may incur additional fees and/or eviction without refund. brbrRENTAL RESTRICTIONbrRenter must be 25 years of age. Submitting a reservation request authorizes us, at our sole option, to perform a background check which may include a credit inquiry. Lowering it will cause the coils to freeze over in most cases and render the system inoperable. You will be responsible for repairs if thermostat is set below 74 degrees and the coils are frozen over.brbrNO SMOKINGbrSmoking is strictly prohibited at all properties. This includes balconies, terraces, and lanais. There are no exceptions.
