Checking In & Out
✅ Check-in: After 4:00 PM (Self check-in with smart lock)
✅ Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

General Rules
✅ Respect the Home – This is a private residence; please treat it with care.
✅ 8 Guests Maximum – Only registered guests are allowed.
✅ Pets Allowed – Up to 2 pets (please notify us in advance).
✅ No Parties or Events – Strictly enforced.
✅ No Smoking/Vaping Inside – Smoking is permitted outside only.
✅ Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM – Please respect our neighbors.

Additional Policies
✅ Primary Renter Must Be 24+ and present for the duration of the stay.
✅ Rental Agreement Required – The primary guest must sign within 48 hours of booking.
If booked within 24 hours of check-in, the agreement must be signed within 4 hours.
✅ Security Deposit – A $500 refundable hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card.
Before You Leave
✅ Gather used towels in one place.
✅ Dispose of trash properly.
✅ Turn off lights & appliances before departing.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
To ensure a clear and smooth experience, the primary guest must sign a Rental Agreement before check-in. This helps:
✔ Maintain transparency & accountability between guests and management.
✔ Ensure all house rules & expectations are understood.
✔ Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
