Stylish Beach Home With Pool & Putting Green

The house was the perfect size for the group. The outdoor area was a great space to hold their meetings.

Every single things seemed new. Fresh, clean, neat, well supplied. Comfy beds. Fun games. All age levels comfortable and entertained.

There was an issue with the air conditioning at the house my group originally booked, so the Welcome Home team contacted me right away and helped us rebook to this house. We loved the kitchen and living room, lots of space to cook and gather. The bedroom set up and location was great too! The only reason there are 4 stars and not 5 is because the pool was like bath water pretty much the whole time. The cabanas did not really provide shade and there wasn't a shade anywhere over the pool, so it was not very refreshing. But overall a great stay and responsive team!

Our family is big, and we need space and entertainment—and Sailfish at Jax Beach delivered both.The pool area is a tropical paradise with lush landscaping, plenty of seating in both sun and shade, and a clean pool with sitting ledges and a swim-out for relaxing. The putting green was a surprise hit—everyone loved it, and even the dogs had a blast chasing balls across the green!The full kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, right down to the utensils and dishes. Beds were comfy, linens were soft, and there were more than enough towels for everyone. The washer and dryer worked great, and the master shower is truly a masterpiece.The walk to the beach is a little over half a mile, but on the night of the Fourth, it turned into an unforgettable experience—hundreds of families in their front yards setting off fireworks, creating a magical walk under the lights and sounds of celebration.

The house was in a perfect location there are many shops, restaurants and of course the proximity to the beach. The house was spotless and had all the available tools to cook and toys to play with. The kids played outside from morning till night. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom mattress was horrible, it was very hard and uncomfortable.

We were very happy with the house, the pool, yard and the location! First off, the house was in immaculate condition and it was very evident that the management team wanted to exceed our expectations. A clean, organized and a fully supplied kitchen was such a nice surprise. The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable and all of the bathrooms were pristine. The pool and yard were terrific and we couldn't have felt more at home and relaxed. The one surprise was the neighborhood....only about a 15 m walk to the beach, coffee shops, ice cream, whatever your heart desired. However, only four blocks in the other direction was a public park with pickle ball, basketball, a giant playground and a wonderful large field for kids and dogs to play. Everyone was so nice in the neighborhood and to have all of that combined together made for such a nice month-long stay! Thank you : - )

The house is an absolute gem. The owners clearly put a lot of thought and love into this home. We had a great week and would love to come again!

We found this location a day before arriving and couldn't be happier with our selection.

The property and house are beautiful. We were 8 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. The management staff was very attentive and prompt to respond if I had a question or need. We were there during Hurricane Helene. A tree came down in the yard and there was a lot of wind damage. The team sent over crews of people to clean up the mess the same day! Location was close to many things. Beach is close, but because of the heat it was too far for us to walk. The kitchen had minimal items. A few pots and pans. If you were to prepare a meal, you would have to literally buy everything. The only thing in the pantry was salt & pepper. There was plenty of dishes and silverware. As far as bath towels, there were 2 per guest and no kitchen towels. We have to do laundry which was no big deal as washer and dryer were new and laundry detergent was supplied. If we were to vacation again, we would most definitely use Home Away. Thank you!

This space was absolutely perfect in every way for my family and I. We loved how spacious it felt with multiple birthday celebrations for mom and niece. We rarely left this little slice of paradise. We look forward to spending more days here in the future. Thank you, Sailfish property for being our home away from home for a whole week.

Perfect house for our annual girls trip! Great location. The pool area was absolutely beautiful.

I was very impressed with this vacation rental. It was modern, clean and would be a great rental for a girls trip, family with kids or couples. The game room, the backyard, the added touch of board games… it would be an amazing property for a vacation or staycation if you are a local like me.
