Stayed Oct 9, 2025These 2 properties have everything anyone would need for a reunion or just a relaxing weekend. We used the spaces for a wedding. It was planned for outside but the Florida weather had other plans. So, we did the wedding inside. It was just enough space for the wedding and reception. Thanks for making our daughter’s wedding a memorable experience! The kids really enjoyed the heated pools.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Our stay at the Beach Compound was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The property is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly designed for both relaxation and fun. The homes were spotless, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for lounging and creating great memories. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 26, 2025We loved staying here for our family reunion! Nice and big, and the pool area was so lovely and comfortable. We had a great time! Also, the property managers were very responsive and easy to get ahold of at any time whenever we had a question. We highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025The communication from staff and willingness to check for missing items was an added bonus. The house had everything we needed from the kitchen to the pool to taking a trip to the beach. This was the perfect house(s) to host both families comfortably. The pool and backyard space was where most of our time was spent and it was so relaxing. It was perfect having our families together for our wedding trip. Stress free home with all the necessities already in the homes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our stay was nothing but amazing! We rented both houses for our wedding, the homes and the yards were so beautiful we decided to just do the wedding in the back yard. My family and I were just so happy with the cleanliness of the entire property. We're thinking of doing a family reunion here again. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024This property had everything we needed and then some. Amazing location with an easy walk to the beach, and short drives to many stores. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and right next door to the park. The main house was spacious and laid out well, no issues with bedrooms and sleeping arrangements - both properties easily fit our large family. The large living and dining room, as well as the large kitchen island, made the experience even better. We couldn't have asked for anything better, everything about the home was great. The outdoor space was great, both pools were well maintained, and the bocce ball and putting green just put it over the top. The houses came equipped with a large game room and plenty of equipment for beach visits. There was something for every member of the family, regardless of age. Well done. We had an issue with the upstairs HVAC going out the afternoon of July 3, in 95+ degree Florida heat, and the property manager had someone onsite within the hour and the issue resolved a few hours later. We were very thankful for quick response! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better location and housing for our large family. Everything was better than expected and we would stay there again.

Stayed May 27, 2024We had a broad range of ages, and the location allowed everyone to have fun doing all different activities. The park right down the street was a perfect way to spend each evening (it has something for everyone)! It is a quick drive to the beach, too! The house itself was spotless, simply but beautifully decorated, and well-stocked! We appreciated all the small touches and especially having k-cups and garbage bags stocked and ready for use!! The backyards were cozy and comfortable. Shade for those of us who wanted shade, and sun for those who wanted sun. The kids loved having two pools to choose from!
