The basic cooking necessities, e.g., oil, pepper, spices, condiments are also included. Also provided are outdoor plates and cups to use on the patio so you can enjoy a great meal alfresco.brbrThe property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and the patio, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. Since our neighborhood is mostly residential we do not host large parties and events at this location. brbrBut it is the beach, and you can enjoy cook outs with friends and dinners outdoors until late at night! We are glad if our guests are having a good time with family and friends and we are not worried about happy noise.brbrThe house has 4 parking spots available in front of the property on the paver driveway. There is additional parking around the corner that is first come, first serve. We supply bicycles and helmets to roam around the area. You can rent a street legal golf cart to get around that can be delivered to the house. Our neighborhood is a residential beach community. Not much traffic, walkable and great for bike riding.brbrIf you enjoy walking, there are several good coffee spots on 3rd Ave just a few minutes away. A few blocks south you will find some Restaurants (Tulua Bistro is a favorite breakfast spot within walking distance, (10 min) . Grocery shopping is a few minutes by car at Publix at Beach Blvd and 4th.brbr There is a Publix about a 3 minute drive away for groceries. brbrThere`s a Beach Buggy app you can download for FREE rides and recommendations to the residents and visitors of the Beaches community. Also not suitable for ambulatory children under seven years of age because bedrooms on second floor are up and down wooden stairs children should not navigate. The property is maintained as the owner's home, not in the manner of most short-term rentals. The house has a gorgeous open floor plan of living room, dining room, and kitchen with dramatically vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Gigantic master suite with garden tub, walk-in closet, den area with twin daybed, and office space. Charming notty pine -- wood floors, walls, and ceiling, but updated bathrooms and kitchen. Large, fully-appointed kitchen with polished stone counter tops and all the dishes, pans, silverware, appliances, and utensils a group could need. Adorable private, fenced back yard nicely landscaped. Backyard has gas grill, chaise lounges, and a dining table and chairs. Outdoor shower with hot water. Steps from beach (one-half block). Can hear waves crashing from yard and master bedroom windows. Three additional bedrooms: one downstairs with a queen-sized bed; and two upstairs with queen-sized beds. New couches in living room. 55 wall-mounted tv on swivel, curved screen television in living room, and three additional televisions in bedrooms, all with U-verse. Washer & dryer in garage.
