The basic cooking necessities, e.g., oil, pepper, spices, condiments are also included. Also provided are outdoor plates and cups to use on the patio so you can enjoy a great meal alfresco.brbrThe property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and the patio, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. It also has a WIFI system throughout the home. brbrDownstairs features a living room with a sleeper sofa, 55` television, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar beside the dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent is provided free of charge). An iron and ironing board are also available.brbrHead upstairs and you`ll find three bedrooms with bamboo floors. The front bedroom features a queen bed with attached balcony (great place to have coffee in the mornings). The middle bedroom also has a queen bed. Just outside these bedrooms is a common bathroom with a jetted tub to lounge in. We are glad if our guests are having a good time with family and friends and we are not worried about happy noise.brbrThe house has 4 parking spots available in front of the property on the paver driveway. There is additional parking around the corner that is first come, first serve. We supply bicycles and helmets to roam around the area. You can rent a street legal golf cart to get around that can be delivered to the house. Our neighborhood is a residential beach community. Not much traffic, walkable and great for bike riding.brbrIf you enjoy walking, there are several good coffee spots on 3rd Ave just a few minutes away. A few blocks south you will find some Restaurants (Tulua Bistro is a favorite breakfast spot within walking distance, (10 min) .
