Beautifully remodeled home steps away from the Beach!

Owners were easy to deal with, communicated well and left us snacks. However, the house was disappointing. Although the downstairs bathroom was nicely remodeled, the upstairs bathroom and kitchen were either not remodeled or poorly done. There was a bad smell in the house at times, which was unidentifiable and the dishwasher didn't seem operable. Definitely not as advertized.

The host was next door and very responsive and kind. The house is in a perfect location. Had a great stay.

Cute beach house about 2 blocks from the beach, short walk!! The house had beach toys, wagon, towels, & bikes. 5 star recommendation! Manger super nice & quickly answered questions. Jess

This is a great location if you can't stay directly on the beach. VERY easy walk to the uncrowded beautiful beach! For those of above average height: I'm 5'9 and could touch the ceiling with my finger tips both downstairs and upstairs. While the house has been remodeled, it has not been totally UPDATED. Examples - Still has popcorn ceilings and old kitchen cabinets (painted but still old). The kitchen was a bit unorganized and not well stocked with eating utensils. Could use a good cleaning to get baseboards, behind toilets, and built up dusty areas. Our host was amazing though! Great communication and gave us little treats for our stay. Overall it was a great value.

First vacation that we have been on that I don’t feel I need a vacation from. Property owner was easy to deal with, helpful and very accommodating. The location was great, only a short walk to the beach. Lots of great food and fun just a short drive away.

This property has all the charm of a classic beach cottage with the comfort of modern amenities. Upon arrival, the home was very clean and well appointed with towels and linens. Plenty of beach toys, boogie boards and umbrellas supplied with a cart to get them to any of several quiet, uncrowded public beach access points within short walking distance-or take the bikes (Yes, they are provided too!). The owner was easily accessible, very knowledgeable about the area, and above all, courteous. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shopping nearby for rainy days. The whole experience was great from beginning to end-I would definitely recommend, and hope to get back!
