Walking distance of great food, 4 blocks south of Beach Blvd. Comcast with HBO. Unit is on fourth floor with parking being first floor so ... 3 flights of stairs, NO ELEVATOR (sorry). I look at it as guaranty of at least a little exercise. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. We now have INTERNET. Guest room has Roku TV as there is no cable outlet in guest bedroom. Just bought 2 beach chairs with small cooler pouches and storage pouches, drink holders. Beach chairs come and go as they fall apart….PARKING: somewhere in my listing is INCORRECT parking info as assigned spaces have changed (not sure where this info is posted in my listing).
