Also provided are outdoor plates and cups to use on the patio so you can enjoy a great meal alfresco.brbrThe property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and the patio, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. It also has a WIFI system throughout the home. brbrDownstairs features a living room with a sleeper sofa, 55` television, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar beside the dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent is provided free of charge). An iron and ironing board are also available.brbrHead upstairs and you`ll find three bedrooms with bamboo floors. The front bedroom features a queen bed with attached balcony (great place to have coffee in the mornings). The middle bedroom also has a queen bed. There is additional parking around the corner that is first come, first serve. We supply bicycles and helmets to roam around the area. You can rent a street legal golf cart to get around that can be delivered to the house. Our neighborhood is a residential beach community. Not much traffic, walkable and great for bike riding.brbrIf you enjoy walking, there are several good coffee spots on 3rd Ave just a few minutes away.
