This is one of two oceanfront ground floor condos at The Beachdrifter which open to a lawn, pool, pergola and, of course, the beach, which is just over the dunes. We love our condos (VRBO # 1899645 and # 1125777) here because they are on the beach and we don't need to go up and down stairs or wait for a cramped, hot elevator. Our parking spots are closest to the doors and these condos open to the lawn.brbrPlease note: to protect the community from damaging hurricanes, the city of Jacksonville Beach has built higher dunes, which still allow you to hear the crashing surf and see some ocean, but we can no longer see the waves break on the beach. We still love the convenience of parking next to the door (the closest spot) and walking right into the condo. brbrTwo bedrooms, two bathrooms, a king bed, two twins, and a full sofa sleeper, and everything you need for a vacation at the beach. We keep sand castle gear, beach chairs, beach towels, a sun umbrella, etc. And we can provide a pack-and-play upon request for your little ones.brbrWe also have fast wi-fi, streaming TVs, an Apple computer with 27-inch display, and more.brbrWe accept dogs on a case-by-case basis for $29 per pet per night. And we have a short pet agreement for you to sign. To request an early check-in, please call or email us as your earliest convenience, a few days prior to your arrival to see if we can accommodate your request. It does not cover damages caused by deliberate and malicious intent, or because of breaking the house rules.brShould the Owner of any property managed by us elect to no longer rent their property for any reason, you will be relocated to a comparable property as determined by us. If a comparable Property is not available, you will receive a full refund.brAny reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
