The place was exactly as described and pictured. Right on the beach with an easy walk to restaurants and amazing sunrises from the balcony. I would highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Loved the view!

Such a great experience! A super clean room (but not the kind that smells like chemicals), very comfortable space, great ocean/beach view including comfy Adirondack chairs to watch the water from the balcony. We didn’t use the pool but sat by it, it seemed very nice. We had easy access to the beach as well as walking distance to some restaurants. The street area was clean. Check-in process was clear and the communication from the host was always timely! It was also really quiet (in a good way!). It was during the week so I can’t speak to weekends but I was so happy we didn’t feel disturbed at all by any other guests. I would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay! Great location right on the beach and very close to many shops and restaurants. The view of the ocean was amazing! Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The place was super clean and we felt right at home.

Great location, with ocean view, small, but comfortable. D/W did not work, coffee maker broke, bathroom not clean, and A/C barely worked which made damp and smelly towels and not very cool. No side tables, or lamps in living space. Has potential to be so much moreNeeds some repairs made. Sheets kept coming off bed, should be replaced and towels never dried due to A/C not working

The place was perfect for a nice, relaxing visit. The view is wonderful. The pool was inviting, but unfortunately, the weather was not. Love that we were just steps from the beach. Everything we could have needed was provided. We didn't need the oven or dishwasher as we ate out the whole time. Our host responded right away to our question.

Great location and loved the ocean view from 2nd floor balcony. Clean unit, had everything we needed including chairs, cooler and a boogie board.

Enjoyed this cozy beach condo that had all of the essentials. Great access to the beach. Great parking with a secure gate. Close the many different activities.

We loved the location of the rental, the hosts are very responsive and accommodated our early check-in request. The bed was comfortable and overall the space was just enough. One thing out of the hosts control is no washer/dryer in unit. Unfortunately it's Florida and it's humid nothing dries, even bath towels. We would stay again.

We decided to stay at Wait-n-Sea based on the ratings. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The unit had a strong cigarette smell for the duration of our trip. There were also a few other details that needed attention. Broken towel bar and stain on ceiling. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful.

We loved this property and enjoyed our vacation! Easy access to lots of food and stores! Great location and the back yard is the beach! The view is amazing.

We really enjoyed the view, cleanliness, and location of the condo. It was a cozy condo but had everything we needed. The beach was fabulous and easily accessed from the condo. We will be back!

Close to the beach, restaurants, and nice pool

It was a great beach getaway. Enjoyed the view, pool, and beach access. The condo was beautiful and clean. We really appreciated all the beach accessories. The host was fast at responding to messages.

We were looking for a simple and beautiful place to get married and an affordable and quaint place to honeymoon. We got married right on the beach outside of the condo and spent our week enjoying the room, the pool, the beach and the surrounding shops and restaurants. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars and will recommend it to friends and family.

Property was as described. Right on the water, near restaurants, the Pier. Clean, lots of amenities. Beach chairs, towels, beach cart. Couldn't have asked for more.

The condo is PERFECT for a couple’s beach getaway. So close to the beach and has a great balcony that overlooks the ocean. Will definitely return here again. Host was great too. Definitely recommend.

Great property and location overlooking the ocean!

Good visit, location and Beach were 10’s. Complex itself is dated, but the owners of this unit have put a lot of effect to upgrade their interior, so much appreciated. Ideal for 2 people, but too small for 2. Good visit overall.

Wonderful location on the beach.

Everything was wonderful from the location to the hosts immediate responses to our questions. The only bad thing was the weather which obviously can't be controlled. We just happened to be there when Florida had an unusual winter snow/ice storm. Even so, we enjoyed watching the waves from inside the condo. We would love to stay again some day in the future.

Cute little condo perfect for the two of us.

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. It’s close to the pier and restaurants. It’s a charming, cozy studio condo, perfect for a couple It’s gated and is directly on the beach. There’s a path to the beach but there’s a public walkway also. The owners are very attentive. Gary was quick to respond and took care of a small issue for us. He was great. We love this part of Jax beach. We hope to stay there again. Wish we were still there!

What a great spot to listen and enjoy the ocean view! They had what was advertised. There is stairs to walk up, if thats an issue. We had a great syay!

Cute condo at the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. The appliances were a bit dated, but everything worked well enough for our one week stay. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful.
