Stayed Mar 16, 2025The home has been beautifully updated. Everything you would want in your own home. Beautiful furnishings and every detail was appointed very well. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Basics spices, olive oil, ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap, etc. The beach is a very close walk across the street. Easy to get there with the provided beach wagon and cooler with off-road/beach wheels. Also provided in the home was beach towels, over size blanket for the beach, more than 10 chairs, beach umbrella, toys, footballs, soccer balls ping pong table and corn hole. Additionally, there were 2 bikes available for use with lights for night time rides, helmets and locks. The location was VERY convenient to any shops & restaurants, within walking distance, biking distance and a very short car ride (if you prefer.) We loved visiting Neptune Beach by bike each day for a very relaxed, local vibe!

Stayed Feb 21, 2025We stayed with a family group with ages ranging from 8-78. The elevator was VERY helpful (plus super cool to the kids). The house was modern, clean and very well-appointed. We enjoyed the ping pong table, bikes and view of the beach (not far down the road) from the balcony. The house is even closer than we realized it would be to the beach and is walkable to the downtown Jacksonville beach shops and restaurants. And lastly, three words: EPIC MASTER BATHROOM. Our only negative if there has to be one is that the HVAC unit is outside the downstairs bedrooms, so it's a little loud when it runs at night. It wouldn't keep us from returning, however!

Stayed Feb 11, 2025A block from the ocean, this beach house is a place to call home! Stayed 9 nights and already thinking of renting again. Decor and comfort top of mind here. With the beach so close, easy to step out onto the sand for a long walk or sit and listen to the ocean. Other bonus: wolf oven and plenty of kitchen supplies, two outdoor spaces, ocean views from balcony, beach towels/umbrellas, steamer/iron, close to many restaurants (including Eleven South), elevator (luggage and groceries), blinds provide privacy, door camera security, and the management company is responsive if you have any questions. Tip! Perfect couples beach house retreat!

We all were to relaxed and slept great in the comfortable beds. And the elevator was a great addition for my parents who stayed with us as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Stayed Jul 9, 2024This is a property that is so good, that you almost want to keep it a secret. They thought of everything. The location, right next to the beach was amazing. Not only is the property nice, but the owners thought of all the things you would need to enjoy a beach vacation home. Towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Its close to so many restaurants and shopping that we had trouble choosing. Its a winner!
