Mayo Clinic under 15 min (6 miles), Beach under 2 min walk

They were very easy and great to work with. Any questions we had and asked, the response was almost immediately.

I had a great stay at this lovely condo. It is just steps from the beach. The owners were very kind and they keep the place so nice. I am picky about cleanliness and this place was so clean. It was a nice place away from home while working in the area. I would definitely rent the condo in the future if I am in the area again!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I had an appointment at Mayo Clinic and decided to stay at the beach instead of a hotel. This condo was perfect for my short stay in Jacksonville. It met all my needs and the beach was steps from the unit. I liked being on the first floor; my car was right out front. Bed very comfortable! Highly recommend.

Everything was just like the pics. Had everything we needed. Loved that it was literally steps to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was immaculately clean, well stocked, and has easy access to the beach! We had a party of four and had plenty of room. We were all very comfortable! Beds slept very well... even the sleeper sofa. The pictures are a accurate description of the condo. We highly recommend this property!!!

I had to visit the Mayo Clinic for 3 weeks, I booked a hotel and realized that staying in a room for 3 weeks was not going to be okay- one room 3 weeks.. So, I went online to VRBO and found a couple of places that were pretty close to the same price as the hotel. Then I came across this little peace of paradise.. oceanfront, one bedroom, private walk way to the beach, 1st floor, so I sent Eric and Missy a message... they responded within a hour and gave me more information and made it sound perfect... so I booked it. I loaded my car and brought everything I could think of to make it feel like a home for 3 weeks, when I got there I realized all I needed to bring were my clothes.... The condo had parking right in front 10 feet and I was in the door, it was beautiful! They had everything you could possible need and more! The condo is decorated nicely, the kitchen has everything you need to fix meals, upgraded kitchen, washer and dryer, Tv and fireplace. I felt at home instantly - morning and night walks on the beach with coffee. ? The owners Eric and Missy were fast on any questions and very sweet, willing to come over and help me with anything I needed. They were great! It was perfect for 3 weeks - but I am sure I will find a way to make weekend trips with family. The condo is also close to shopping and amazing restaurants. So if you want a nice, quiet relaxing vacation this would be perfect for anyone and if your staying for longer than a weekend I would definitely tell you to reach out to the owners. They Mayo Clinic is only 10-15 minutes away..

Very cute and comfortable piece of heaven on the beach. Everything we needed for a little R&R. Perfect location in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. We will be back

We just spent 6 days in this condo. We found it well equipped, clean, decorated nicely and overall very comfortable. While the unit is nice, by far the best thing about it is its beach access. Maybe 200 steps from the patio is the ocean! Grab a few things and in 2 minutes you're watching the waves. The owners are great to work with. Very easy to communicate with and concerned about their guests having an enjoyable stay. I would rent here again.

Quit, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and you could not be closer to the beach. Really enjoyed my stay. Thanks, Eric!
