The other bedroom has a queen sized bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Also upstairs is one bath w/shower, living room and fully stocked kitchen. Living room has two more queen sized sleeper sofas. brbrOff the living room is the outdoor deck with views of the trees, birds and sometimes deer coming down from the hill behind the cabin. If you look carefully, you also have a filtered view of Twain Harte Lake through the trees. On the deck is a gas BBQ and two tables put together in an L-shape with 12 chairs to squeeze everyone around for dinner. Also on the deck is a 'little people' table that can seat 4-6 little persons. brbrDownstairs room has separate entrance and has 1 king bed, one set of twin bunk beds and 1 queen sized sleeper sofa. Also downstairs is one bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer is also located downstairs. There is no interior stair case. We've recently replaced the downstairs floors and renovated the downstairs bathroom, and are working on updating the rest of the cabin as well. brbrCabin has one bedroom (with queen sized bed) and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs features a large loft (with king bed and TV), second bedroom (with two twin sized beds), and second bathroom upstairs. The house is kid friendly with puzzles, board games, toys, a high chair, and a Pack and Play should you need these. Enjoy the great views of the woods from every window!brbrSometimes, from the deck you can watch deer walk through the yard on their way to and from the creek at the bottom of the property. brbrThere's a lot to do nearby! We are a 5 minute drive to downtown Twain Harte, a 20 minute drive away from downtown Sonora, 25 minutes away from Black Oak Casino, 30 minutes away from Pinecrest Lake & Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, 30 minutes away from the town of Murphys, and 90 minutes away from Yosemite National Park.brbrGuests have access to entire cabin as well as two small, private lakes that are just a short drive away (Upper Crystal Falls and Lower Crystal Falls Lakes). If you need to do laundry, guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer which are located in the basement. Our property is not fenced in, but please respect our neighbors' yards.brbrWe are available at anytime via phone or email if you have any questions, concerns, or need a recommendation. brbrSince we don't live on the premises, we may not be present at check in/check out.brbrOur cabin is located on a quiet, woodsy street in a hilly Twain Harte neighborhood and just a short drive away from downtown. Some of our neighbors are residents, while other cabins are vacation houses like ours. brbrFrom the deck you can see a small lake and, in the summer, hear the sound of kids splashing and swimming.brbrPark on our driveway or just off the street at the top of the property. Public transportation is lacking in the area and there are no sidewalks on our street.brbrThe hilly roads in the neighborhood are great for cyclists! We can show you a great route if you're interested in riding around.brbrIt gets really dark out here at night, so bring a flashlight!brbrBedding and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Board games and puzzles are located in the upstairs bedroom. Extra chairs and umbrellas for the deck are located in the basement. brbrWi-Fi password will be made available upon check in. Depending on your cell phone provider, service can be spotty. The house has a land line should you need to make phone calls.brPlease treat our cabin as if it were yours. Pets are not allowed. No smoking, candles, or fires allowed on the property. brbr***Please turn off upstairs heaters and all lights when you check out!***brbrBe sure to follow the simple checkout procedures on your last day at the cabin (these are printed in the house manual binder).
