THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY,-This Dollar Point home has a nice spacious kitchen with newly refinished cabinets, new appliances and granite countertops and all of the supplies needed to cook meals. A great room with river rock wood burning fireplace(firewood included) 65-inch LED Smart TV with multichannel sound system, Blu Ray DVD, with Apple TV, great for entertaining a large group. The newly remodeled large front deck features a gas BBQ and new patio furniture with ample seating, there is even a filtered view of the lake. Two bedrooms downstairs share the common bathroom with granite countertops, one room has a king-size bed the other has two twins. Upstairs the master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with new granite countertops. There is a little reading nook at the top of the stairs. The dormitory room sleeps up to 6 with a queen-size bed and four twins, it also has its own large bathroom with new granite countertops. All linens and towels are provided. There is wifi at the house and a washer and dryer. The driveway is very large and can hold up to 4 cars. You will be at ease knowing the house is complete with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. Easy access to bike paths and great hiking and mountain biking trails. Short drive to Tahoe City with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.brbrDollar Point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more which will require a signed lease agreement, $5000 deposit and $50 processing fee. The property is well located. It’s located about 3 miles east of Tahoe city so if you need to run to the store it’s quick and easy. The development has a swimming pool, tennis courts and a private beach with a pier for summer activities. And it’s only 15 or 20 minutes from Squaw, Alpine, Homewood and Northstar. brThe cabin has a versatile floor plan and well-supplied kitchen. The open floor plan downstairs has a good-sized living room (with a large flat-screen TV), a dining area (we’ve squeezed 12 people around the table at times), and the kitchen (open to the other shared spaces so you’re not excluded from the fun if you’re cooking). There are two master suites upstairs – one of which sleeps 6 and is great for kids or teens. There are two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. Tires should be properly inflated with excellent tread, and you should always carry tire chains—even if you have an AWD/4WD vehicle. Black bears are very common in this area and, over time, many have become used to human food and trash.
