Awesome home for our group! comfy beds and well stocked kitchen! Great TV great area

Wow what a great weekend and perfect space for our trip!!! A lot of great hiking and restaurants and breweries around the area. We had 1 hour to Heavenly and took one side of Lake Tahoe to drive there and the other side on the way home - both were 1 hour. Home was very comfortable and a great location. Thanks again and I will leave this as a review as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for a total of 4 days in August with a total of 10 people and 3 cars. We were all very happy with our stay, it is located in a quiet area but not far from the beach or shops. The grocery store is about 5 minutes away but I would recommend to bring your own groceries if possible since it was pretty expensive. The cabin itself was clean and comfy, the floors do squeak a bit but that wasn't an issue as we were at the beach for the majority of the time. You can see the lake from the the deck so it's the perfect spot to grill. There are also trees everywhere which was a nice bonus, but I also recommend not to park under any of the trees as a pinecone did fall and break my windshield (those squirrels love them apparently) but I am definitely planning to come back and hopefully rent 2 cabins next time for the rest of my family.

The house was perfect and comfortable for our large group. The large bunkroom was awesome. We loved the deck and outdoor grill! Lastly, the neighborhood was super close to a public beach and tahoe city! Would highly recommend staying here.

the property was nice. Great location. We saw bears pretty much every night. Overall stay was fine. I will say the property management did rip us off on our deposit. We were charged extra for cleaning bed sheets. Not extra bed sheets just the ones that are on the beds. We removed them per the books instructions and then were charged for cleaning them. Nothing extra. The property management does not care they will charge you no matter what. I would only rent this cabin again if the property management changed. I will never rent from vacation tahoe O'neal associates again

Plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms to accommodate our group. The location is excellent. Easy drive to Tahoe City, multiple ski resorts, and the waterfront. Kitchen was well stocked, internet was fast, check in/out was easy. Would definitely recommend this rental to folks with a large group looking to visit Tahoe. I would stay here again.

The cabin only had one TV! And it didn’t work the first 2 days despite contacting the property management who insisted that we just follow the direction which stated not to touch the connections. After hours of trying and two days with no TV we finally decided to check the connections…. And sure enough a critical connection was disconnected. The property management did not offer any type of compensation for this. On top of this the cabin is outdated and far from lifts. Then they had the nerve to try to tell us that a sheet was damaged and that pillow cases were missing. We took nothing and damaged nothing. They are also charging way beyond what the raggedy old low quality sheets are worth as well. I am appalled by the treatment as well as outright and utter completely unfounded and impossible missing pillow cases and ruined sheets. I also asked how were they ruined with no specific information provided. I do not recommend this property or any other offered by this management company.

Perfect location and the property was awesome!

I enjoyed the stay it was such a clean nice place. The fireplace was the best. Kids enjoyed the outdoor snow and loved coming sitting by the fireplace.
