The property is managed directly by the owner--no management company--and communication is prompt and friendly. brThe residence is located on a quiet street, convenient to Seabright Avenue and many restaurants (Linda’s Seabreeze Cafe, La Posta, Engfer’s Pizza, Betty Burgers, Tramonti and fantastic coffee at either Java Junction or Verve.) The Santa Cruz Museum Of Natural History and Pacific Edge Climbing Gym are nearby. It's an easy walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and four blocks to Seabright Beach--the largest beach in Santa Cruz featuring the Walton Lighthouse at the end of the Santa Cruz breakwater. brThe townhome has three levels providing a generous amount of living space, very conducive for families. Two off-street parking areas go with the rental unit. Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have queen-size beds and full baths. Plenty of closet space and storage. The Master BR has direct access to the lower deck. Storage unit on lower deck has beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and beach blankets. The third bedroom is a large loft on the upper level with ceiling fan and is accessed by a circular staircase. Loft room has four twin beds, perfect for four kids or comfortable for several adults. Loft closet is stocked with games. brThe washer/dryer is on the lower level. The main level includes a separate living room, dining room, galley kitchen and half bath.
