The grassy yard is spacious with two firepits, a kitchenette and barbeque, multiple seating options for outdoor dining and a sectional for your enjoyment. The master bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed and the fourth bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed attached. The home has a total of two and a half bathrooms. ⚡️brbrGuest Access:brEntry to this property is controlled by a smart lock. Being so close the coast, it's best to open up the windows from the front of the house to enjoy the breeze off the Pacific. Each room has ceiling fans as well. brbrPlease note that there are Ring cameras at each entrance of the home.brbrBedroom 4 has a trundle bed with two twin beds.brbrLastly, we have a long-term renter in the apartment above the garage.
