The grassy yard is spacious with two firepits, a kitchenette and barbeque, multiple seating options for outdoor dining and a sectional for your enjoyment. The master bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed and the fourth bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed attached. The home has a total of two and a half bathrooms. ⚡️brbrGuest Access:brEntry to this property is controlled by a smart lock. Being so close the coast, it's best to open up the windows from the front of the house to enjoy the breeze off the Pacific. Each room has ceiling fans as well. brbrPlease note that there are Ring cameras at each entrance of the home.brbrBedroom 4 has a trundle bed with two twin beds.brbrLastly, we have a long-term renter in the apartment above the garage. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Our home is perfect for a three-generation family, 2 families vacationing together, or 3-4 couples who are looking for a great beach getaway! brbrWe just remodeled two full bathrooms and completely re-landscaped the backyard to add a jacuzzi, putting green, and lots of seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip, Keurig and Nespresso coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. brbrWe provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels.
