This cute & clean home was located in a fantastic neighborhood. It was perfect for me & my son as a home base from which to explore all the San Diego area has to offer. We loved the South Park neighborhood and walked to local restaurants, a grocery store and shops. We used ride share to get to everything else. We appreciated the host’s recommendations; especially La Jolla Cove where we spent a fantastic day.

The place was clean and met all our needs for our stay.

Our host was very easy to correspond with through text as needed , Being accommodating and timely with any questions we may have had.

The home was very comfortable, clean and as expected. The only thing I can say is that the internet was not good. So the TV and laptops didn’t work well. But overall I would definitely give this a good rating.

We had a great time in this home. Close to Balboa Park and a playground a short walk away for the kids. The pack-n-play was a lifesaver, thank you!

The house was in a great location, walkable neighborhood and lots of food choices. It is in the flight pattern for the airport and the steps up to the house were a little more challenging for an older couple with suitcases. Additionally, although we were asked to honor quiet time, the neighbors woke us up two nights in a row at 2:00 in the morning. Excellent communication with owners and easy check in/check out.

Everything was fantastic! The home was just as described and pictured online. The location was great, street parking was fairly easy, and there was even a pack and play for my young toddler to use. The host sent all information in advance with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. We also appreciated the intuitive passcode.

Great place to stay, with some flaws. It is not as big as the pictures make it appear. As a photographer, I attribute this to skilled photography. The neighborhood is great! My wife commented about all the women of ALL ages that we would see on the streets at any time of day or night - meaning it's a very safe neighborhood. The kitchen is made for one person, as is the bathroom. There is very good cross-ventilation via the windows. Beds are comfortable, but doubles, not queens. With my ancient knees it was a little difficult climbing the stairs from the street. Ceiling fans provide good cooling so AC was hardly needed. Since it isn't my favorite SD VRBO in this price range, I can't give it a 10.

The location of the property is great for a family of 4. The neighborhood is very walkable with a park a block away, and multiple restaurants and coffee shops. The house felt very clean and comfortable and the owners worked with us when we had to move our check in dates around. The house is minutes away from most San Diego tourist attractions which was very convenient for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Felt so fortunate to find this place! Great value, clean quiet part of town close to all the things we needed! Padres field, old town, Mormon Battalion, and the beach.

Perfect for our family of four. Easy drive to Balboa Park. Walking distance to several restraints. We especially enjoyed walking to the Big Kitchen Cafe for breakfast. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful.The house itself was small, but has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Perfect for a launching point for sightseeing and day trips.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is as advertised, nice layout, very clean and comfortable, great neighborhood. Was visiting for a child's sporting tournament and needed to add an extra day to our stay and Michael was very accommodating. We were in and out for 3 days to different areas in San Diego and this location was close to everything, Whole Foods downtown, excellent coffee shop in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again to see all the attractions San Diego is known for which are also close by here.

Walking distance to all the fabulous shops and restaurants in South Park. Close driving to golf, Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo!

Found this last minute gem for our trip to San Diego. It was in the center of all the places we were visiting this week. It was also perfect for 2 adults and two teens. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and well maintained. Also, shout out to Michael for communicating and solving our minor issue in such short notice. I recommend this place!

Get location for Balboa Park, easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, quiet neighborhood, Mike was great to work with, comfotable inside, and the historic neighborhood was a plus

We stayed at the apartment for a weekend. We were very happy with the apartment and with the location and hope to be back.

The house was perfect for us! It was just a friend and myself traveling together, but this house was perfect. Perfect amount of space for us without being crowded or feeling like we had too much space for our needs. The house was within walking distance of several restaurant options and some small shops, including a really cool crystal shop. Do keep in mind that the house is a duplex, so it is possible to hear noise from the occupants on the othsr side (so it would also be possible for them to potentially hear you). This wasn't an issue for us (though we could hear their baby crying at night, but neither of us minded!). We did reach out the day before our check in and asked for an early check in so we could shower and get ready for our evening dinner plans. They graciously allowed us access to the house 3 hours early, and we were very grateful!

This property is walking distance to great restaurants and everything you could need for a short stay (or longer). And, short rideshare rides to downtown, gas lamp district, and other attractions. I highly recommend and would stay here again the next time I am in San Diego.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and well stocked, and the location is perfect. My husband, 6 month old baby, and I stayed there for a long weekend and we loved the proximity to the restaurants and shops of South Park. The baby slept great and we did not have any issues with noise, despite the proximity to other apartments. The directions for check in and out as well as for the amenities were all very clear. Thank you for making our stay easy and enjoyable.
