North Park is a really fun area of San Diego with lots of good restaurants and nightlife. The condo is in a very central location, about 10-15 mins to the beach (W), downtown (S), La Jolla (N), and east county (E). Zoo and Balboa Park are about 5 minutes away. My condo has a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen (appliances, utensils, pots and pans, spices, etc.), LG washer and dryer, utilities and high-bandwidth WiFi included, and one onsite parking space. Also there is usually some street parking available as well.brbrMy home is very private, with a long driveway into the complex off the main street, where you can park. A small community park is behind my home, with a playground, picnic areas, and playing fields, so my windows look out on to greenery, not other homes. I'm in a small condo development of only 5 units, and the neighbors are all very friendly. My condo is family friendly, and on a residential street.brbrMy whole home is available for your use (less one locked room of the 3 bedroom condo). Full kitchen, dining area, master bedroom with full bath, guest room, 2nd full bathroom, and a lovely living room area with fireplace, and 2 couches. brbrNote, cats have lived at this home, so if you are allergic to cats, this is not the place to stay. Sea World is just 3 miles away.brbrThe location is one of the best spots of all of Mission Beach. It is one block south of Santa Clara Place (the only traffic light in North Mission Beach). It is equally between the roller coaster area (Belmont Park) to the south and the pier in Pacific Beach to the north, both about a mile away. Getting to either is an easy walk or bike ride down the boardwalk. brbrThe home is off of the main boulevard on one of the tiny inner walking courts with a lively beach atmosphere. brbrRecreational opportunities abound.
