We are less than 1 very short block from the beach and a short walk down the Boardwalk to the pier. There is everything here that one would expect in a beach area, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, parasailing, boat rentals, and fishing excursions close by. Belmont Park is just down the Boardwalk. Enjoy the excitement of horse racing at Del Mar Park. Sea World is about 2 miles away. La Jolla is just a couple of miles up the road. You also have the exciting downtown nightlife with the Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Sea Port Village and Coronado Island, just a short drive. I almost forgot the world Famous San Diego Zoo and Scripps, which are also just short drives, as well.brbrbrbrThe public transportation stop is directly across the street. On weekends, there is a bus that will pick you up and take you to the Gas Lamp District and bring you back (there is a cost associated). We provide some beach cruisers (6) that you use to enjoy the boardwalk and surrounding area. The local grocery store is less than 50 yards away.
