The cameras are located in the front and side of the house, there are no cameras in the backyard.br- The pool is heated by solar panels and not by a traditional pool heater where you have the ability to change the temperature at will. Solar heating is dependent on environmental conditions, so it may not provide consistent warmth throughout the year, especially in colder seasons. The water temperature cannot be changed at any time. During the cooler seasons, the pool water temperature typically ranges between 60-70 degrees, while in the summer, it can reach 80 degrees or higher.br- The pool is not fenced, with a depth ranging from 3 feet to approximately 8 feet.br- The indoor fireplace is not for use.brbrCANCELLATION POLICY br- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.br- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).br- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.brbrPARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICYbrIf the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. Please make sure your vehicle does not block any part of the sidewalk or you may risk being ticketed by the City. If you have an oversized van or truck you will not fit in the driveway, Use the driveway parking at your own risk, garage parking is not available at this time. There is free street parking which is usually fairly ample within one block of the home. It may become more of a challenge in the evening when local residents return home from work.brNo Smoking inside or within 15 feet of any doorway. brAbsolutely no drugs or illicit behavior. brNo parties or events. Family visits are OK brNo pets except qualified service animals.
