Great amenities and location.

Rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped. Beds comfortable. It worked great for our family of 7 adults plus an infant. Appreciated the pack & play, high chair, parking! Wish we'd had time to use the bikes and such. We particularly appreciated that the living rooom had enough seating for everyone in our group. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication from host - very responsive. Beach view would have been great, but for some reason the beach is banked up strangely at the moment, so there's a hill making access a bit wonky. This isn't the fault of the unit itself - it's that whole area of the bay. I hadn't been to that part of the bay for several years, so that was a bit disappointing, but it can't be helped - it's the whole area. Very family-friendly unit, but also comfortable for adults. Exactly what we needed for our family. Quiet area, very walkable.

We had a nice stay at this home. We even discussed staying again next year, as it was great for our family. Had the host not have contacted us immediately after leaving to accuse us of being responsible for damages that we did not incur and threaten to charge us for, it would have been a five star review. Renter beware, it appears the owner is looking to upgrade their home on your dime.

The condo was well appointed and in a great location!

We were supposed to go on a family vacation to Orlando, but Mother Nature and Hurricane Milton ruined that. We were fortunate to book this the day before we traveled. The Unit was large, very clean and the location and the view were exactly what we wanted. We have stayed on the ocean side several times. but this was more quiet and family friendly. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. She was very accommodating. We could have not been happier with a rental.

We stay in Mission Bay every summer and this ranks high in the places we stayed! The description is perfectly accurate. The location is ideal, including the view. It's very large and could sleep many more than we had. The bathrooms are very nice. The place comes with a ton of great beach gear, towels and board games, which is so nice. The room air conditioners work well and it didn't get too warm in the main areas. The patio has a nice view but isn't the most ideal in terms of space to hang out compared to other places on the Bay, but it does the trick and has a nice umbrella over a small table to enjoy meals. Overall 5 stars, I'd definitely stay here again. Plus the owner is so nice-- we got to meet her and she was super accommodating and lovely, which is always a bonus!

Our stay was amazing and the home was exactly as it Was described. Hopefully we will get to go back. Mary was an excellent host. She put up with all my questions and answered them quickly. The beds were so comfortable, the air conditioner in the bedrooms Kept the rooms nice and cool. We are from AZ, so we were looking forward to that. The pots and pans are like I would use at home. It was the nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Mary.

Stayed at the property for 2 days with the family, including young children and teenagers. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Property manager was very friendly and helpful and the property itself was gorgeous. Plenty of room for the family and a gorgeous view of the bay. I will be back again and I would definitely recommend this property.

This place was perfect for a family that wanted to experience spring break but not be in the middle of the party. It was quiet and safe. Perfect for young kids to play on the beach of the bay side that the unit overlooks yet close enough to the beach and the real spring break fun for the adults or teens to easily walk across mission blvd. to. We couldn't have found a better place. It comfortably slept 10. Great floorplan that gave you plenty of space and separation from the group if you wanted it. Seriously, if anything the owner's description plays it very conservative, the place is wonderful. Close to a min-mart, close to the amusement park, close to everything.
