Welcome to our beautiful home in Golden Hill! Our spacious and modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 1260 square feet of living space is the perfect choice for your next getaway. With its open floor plan and convenient location close to downtown and major freeways, you`ll have easy access to all that San Diego has to offer.

We`ve recently added a patio dining area for up to 6-8 guests and a propane BBQ grill. We also have wind sail shades to provide protection from the sun as well asa 6 space adirondack seating area with a fire pit with side tables as well as a cornhole game setup! Please make sure to close the propane valves to not prematurely waste any gas! Thank you and enjoy!

We do not have any child safety features and we do not currently allow pets.
There is one driveway parking space and ample street parking. Quick access to the 94 freeway to get you downtown or on your way throughout San Diego.

Please advise, we do the best we can to refill the propane tanks when we visit the property but sometimes you may find them empty. If you decide to use the firepit or grill and need propane please take tanks to a local refill station and send us the receipt. Thank you!

Please note; There is one driveway parking space for a compact to mid-sized vehicle. Please make sure your vehicle does not block any part of the sidewalk or you may risk being ticketed by the City. If you have an oversized van or truck you will not fit in the driveway, Use the driveway parking at your own risk, garage parking is not available at this time. There is free street parking which is usually fairly ample within one block of the home. It may become more of a challenge in the evening when local residents return home from work.

No pets except qualified service animals. Absolutely no cats.
Children and service animal cannot be left at property alone.
City of San Diego Quiet hours observed between 9pm-9am.

If using Firepit, wait 60 minutes after use and recover.
Do not leave air running when not at the property.
Do not run air with open doors/windows.
Please turn off all lights and fans when not at the property.

    This is the perfect Vrbo. It has plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (water pressure is amazing), a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious meal, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a giant TV. Tested the WiFi and it was always over 200mps. There is one space for parking and that was more than I could ask for. San Diego parking is a pain but knowing there was a space available made all the difference. The location is amazing. No more than 10 mins or less from Gaslamp, Convention Center, Balboa Park, Downtown, couldn't be any more convenient. The host is amazing and always there to help make the stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Had a great time!

    We stayed 2 nights and the place was great. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so nobody felt like they were cramped or on top of each other. The living room was comfy and open floor plan of the kitchen-dining-living room was nice. Beds were super comfortable! Nice linens and towels througout. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Fully furnished and with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay. Property manager was very responsive to messages. The only thing is the parking: there is one very short driveway spot so you pretty much have to park on the street if you have anything larger than a compact car. We always found parking around the front of the house or around the corner, easy walking distance. Overall, loved the place and would stay again. Super close to downtown too.
