Guests consistently describe it as feeling like a high-end hotel with the warmth of a real home. Everything is intentional. One guest wrote: no strong detergent smells, linens were fresh but not scented, stainless cookware, coffee press for real coffee. Another noticed sharp knives and literally had everything I needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware and a French press. Every cabinet is labeled so you're never hunting for anything.brbrThe primary suite has a king bed, walk-in shower, and spacious closet. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds guests regularly rave about — one wrote most comfortable bed I've slept on aside from my own. High-quality linens throughout, fresh but never over-scented.brbrThe backyard is the star. Half an acre, fully fenced, with views of Mt. Lassen and Mt. Shasta. A large deck for morning coffee, evening sunsets, bird watching, and letting kids or dogs run free. A gate leads directly into the Peppertree nature area and walking trails. It's the kind of outdoor space that makes people write things like we enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee while the quails came to visit and we loved watching the sunrise over the mountains in the mornings.brbrFor families: pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat, water table, kids' toys, books, and musical instruments are all set up and ready. One mom wrote: The pack and play and booster seat made traveling with a young toddler a total breeze. With two master suites and two living rooms, a large dining room and an open floor plan, you can bring all of the littles and enjoy! The small dining room table with two chairs is great for eating meals or a work desk.brbrKarina is a coffee snob and owned her own cafe in New Zealand, so roasts her own unique blend of organic coffee at home which guests love! Karina thinks it's the best coffee in Redding!...
